Biased, fails on a lot of fronts

I have a mix of liberal and conservatives views, I do have to say, there are a couple of people on there I respect, Harris Faulkner, Melissa Francis (before she left), Brett Bair, Chris Wallace, Neil Cavuto and that's pretty much it. Before, it was Shepard Smith before CNBC.If you say you are "fair and balanced" then MAKE IT SO! It is okay to have a conservative view point, but be objective about it, tell the news how it is supposed to be (like CNN) and allow us to form an opinion. It is okay to have opinion makers, but they better have their FACTS right or otherwise whatever they say is MEANINGLESS. Also, I'm getting tired of demonizing Democrats for everything, there are PLENTY of other things to talk about than them, give it straight, allow viewers to form objective opinions and go from there! Y'all have a lot of work to do!

Returns Hell.

I have placed two orders in the last week. Both times to be met with the returns page saying that I am unable to return items. Today it's because the items haven't been shipped therefore aren't eligible for a return. The website states a return policy until the end of Jan yet on the page itself says return window ended on the 6th Jan 2023. How can something end weeks before the date? I don't have the time to deal with the chat bot or the agent to get my refund/return!

I did a free subscription to Super Duolingo with the understanding I would be notified two days before I had to start paying. I was not ever notified and was charged for one year and was unable to cancel. Had to challenge the charge through my credit card company.

Legit just ordered Easter for my kids the dasher charged me 10 dollars for a 3.49 toy I scanned it and also stole candy and now they say I don’t get a refund. My Easter is ruined. I cancelled dash pass right away. Stay away from this scam place.

They give cop out excuses as to why their service sucked. They don't really WANT to give a refund, but if you make enough noise they will. The customer service rep I could barely understand due to a HEAVY accent. There are just way too many issues to justify the outrageous price for food. Next time, I will just go get it myself. I mean come on...an HOUR to go 15 blocks?!?

****Final Update?***After several exchanges of emails during which they continued to totally ignore my question and chose repeatedly to answer a question I had not asked because they couldn’t be bothered to answer mine, I managed to finally receive an intelligent response. Not only was that hard work, squeezing an apology took even more effort.So once again good product but pray you don’t need help as it’s easier to get blood from a stone than to get an answer to an extremely simple question.I’m still not decided whether they are truly ignorant, or just can’t be bothered.***Further Update***Due to the exchange of several emails and my repeatedly stating that my question has been ignored as they have just chosen a question that they do like and answered that, I have now asked to register a formal complaint.I’m also supplying regular negative feedback as they asked for feedback after I first raised the issue.I hope they both learn from this and appreciate the lesson. They really need to have a think about their “Never apologise, never explain” attitude.—————————****Update***I have exchanged emails with Bitdefender Customer Support. Unfortunately, as they don't like my question they have made their own one up and have responded to that.I am far from giving up my mission now is to obtain an answer to the question I have asked not the question they wanted me to ask.All I want is an acknowledgement but that's not possible as they seem to think that a year only has 9 months in it.----------------------------------If this review was about the product It would be 4/5 stars but it's about the Customer Service and so iI could I'd give it minus 20 stars.This relates to their open ticket 1009546756My Bitdefender is not due to renew until 10th October 2024 but on 11th September 2024 they sent me an email telling me they were going to take a payment of £74.99 on 27th August 2025.I raised this issue with the above open ticket number and have now just received a response.I don't know if the response was AI generated or was given by a totally ignorant, disinterested person but my query was totally ignored and I was just give some bumf about renewals which was clearly just cut and pasted from somewhere and it seems that the person who received it just had a quick look and decided that thinking was too much effort so they decided not to.If you want the rating on this to increase please carry out the following action: READ MY EMAIL AND RESPOND TO IT! i.e. Don't look at it,decide that an answer would require actual thought and ignore it by answering a question I did not ask.

Bought a controller in the sales, 3 weeks later its still "on its way" so contacted Nintendo who said its been sent back to the warehouse. Still waiting on refund and they won't honour the price.Terrible customer services. I wouldn't buy from them again. Waste of time and money!

Telstra is an absolute disgrace.

I rang Telstra to advise of my father's passing and change the Telstra account into my mother's name. On the first call they kept me on hold for 15 minutes with no indication of how long it would be before they answered the call. I gave up and hung up. One the second call someone answered, and then said they needed to connect me to the specialist 'bereavement team', and that they would connect me straight through. I have now been waiting for 20 minutes, with no indication of when my call will be answered. Telstra is an absolute disgrace, and should hang their heads in shame for their monumental incompetence.

Wrote a fair review of a dentist I was using in Oak Harbor, Washington. It wasn't terrible, just said he could not handle new patients at this time. The dentist called me and asked me what the problem was, and I told him. He asked me to give him five stars because that is what he had before. I said I would remove the review because he does not deserve a five-star review, and it would be dishonest.
