What a terrible experience we have had . You order an item , you pay £6.99 insurance. For accidental damage etc , for 11 months . The TV dies on you , you try phoning them , they keep putting the phone down . You try live chat 40 mins to an hour to wait . Then you finally get to speak to someone they then say not their problem . We end up buying another TV from someone else . NEVER , EVER GOING TO USE AO.COM AGAIN . WE WOULD BE PLACING A DAMING REPORT WHEREVER WE CAN . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

X-box customer support is the worst.It's all AI and there is no way to talk to someone, It says there is a phone number to call for help but it's impossible to find.The AI support is horrendous and useless and offers little to no help.

After downloading the PDF files or docs, some words become unsearchable in WPS or MSoffice for example if you search the word 'differ' it wont pop up because it becomes 'di昀昀er'. It wasn't like this before.

The device (Quest) is awesome, but the support is probably the worst have ever experienced.They just keep circling around without ever reading back in the previous messages, asking same stupid question over and over and claiming the same nonsense again and again.

I received the wrong size twice , it cost me €17 to return the crocs as there is no free return. Its was really hard to get customer support. Really bad experience 2 months later no crocs , no refund yet and out of pocket by €17 for their mistakes 😡

What happened

I used to love the simplicity of having the Bible app tailored to my needs like the different versions, audio choice and a plan here and there. What has happened in the last couple of years is it has become so cluttered with plans, the UI is confusing, I dont know where I’m going if I tap somewhere and the random people talking is just confusing and takes me away from what I came to the YouVersion Bible for THE BIBLE. I understand the Bible has to reach people where they’re at but no amount of talking, blogging or discussion will be useful if the app is not designed to ACCESS the Bible quickly and navigate it easily always directing you to God’s Word. It’s all just NOISE and we all know that noise is confusion and confusion does NOT come from God.

PURELY INTENTIONAL DIFFICULT AND UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NAME KATE WHO REQUIRED I GIVE HER THE EXACT EMAIL AND SUBJECT LINE FROM SEPTEMBER 2023 IN ORDER TO ASSIST ME WITH ACCESSING MY COMPROMISED EMAIL AS I WAITED FOR HER ASSISTANCE FOR OVER 1 HR AND 13 SECONDS. PRIOR TO THAT SHE REQUESTED I SEND HER A PICTURE I.D...WHICH I SUBMITTED NUMEROUS TIMES MY DRIVER'S LICENSE FRONT AND BACK BUT FOR SOME BIZARRE REASON SHE. STATED IT WAS NOT GOING THROUGH AS I COULDN'T SEE THE PICTURE PROCESSED AS I CONTINUED TO TRY UNTIL I ASK HER FOR HER HELP AND SHE THEN STATED I ALREADY INSTRUCTED YOU. I THEN GOT SMART WITH HER AS SHE DID WITH ME AND REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH HER SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER. KATE THEN PLACED ME ON HOLD REPEATEDLY FOR OVER 30 MINUTES TO SPEAK WITH HER SUPERVISOR ALLEN WHO BASICALLY DECIDED INTENTIONALLY NOT TO HELP ME GAIN ACCESS TO MY EMAILS AND HAD THE EVIL AUDACITY TO SAY...HE CAN'T AND THERE ARE NO OTHER OPTIONS TO ASSIST ME. I THEN STATED...THAT CANT BE TRUE ALLEN. I SIMPLY CANNOT BELIEVE YOU ARE REFUSING ME ASSISTANCE WITH RETRIEVING MY EMAILS ...EVEN FROM MY RECOVERY EMAILS. I THEN STATED... SOMETHING VERY STRANGE IS GOING ON AND I WILL REPORT YOU FOR DENYING ME ASSISTANCE WHEN YOU ARE IN BUSINESS TO HELP ASSIST THE CONSUMER. ALSO NOW YOU HAVE MY DRIVER'S LICENSE FRONT AND BACK IN YOUR SYSTEM. I WILL REPORT THIS SERIOUS VIOLATION/ CIVIL RIGHTS CONCERNS TO PROPER AUTHORITIES, FBI, FTC, CONSUMERS AFFAIRS, BBB, ETC...ETC...BECAUSE THIS IS ILLEGAL AS I REALIZE THIS IS INTENTIONAL ONCE AGAIN. I recently called up to cancel my nbn…

I recently called up to cancel my nbn (telstra customer for 10+ years) when they ask why, I told them I was getting starlink (best decision) they put me on hold for 15min, when they finally got back to me they said it's all cancelled....... they didn't cancel it and 3 week later when I returned home it was still not disconnected. So I have now cancelled it with the app, I will never use a telstra product again, if you are an employee get of that sinking ship asap and sell any shares you may have in this never was company......
