I closed my Law office in June 2024, but remained licensed as a lawyer so I might pick up some per diem work. I contacted customer service in July and asked to cancel. I was told that to cancel I had to have a service rep. I was advised they would have one contact me . Instead they continued to send bills and overdue notices to which I continued to reply to tell them I was cancelling and they had not contacted me, and of course that I wanted the invoies after the date of my call voided. Finally I was contacted by Email In October . Despite all my previous requests they again wanted confirmation I was asking to cancel. It was given. They confirmed that they would cancel and waive payments but REQUESTED CONFIRMATION FROM THE LAW SOCIETY I WAS RETIRED! I am appalled at the temerity of the organization To require any explanation as to why I cancelled the service, but more offended that I need proof, which I view as akin to requiring their permission.

Worst customer service ever i placed an order and was waiting for two weeks for my package that had no update about it leaving the facility in 2 weeks when I called them they wanted me to wait even longer and i insisted on them resending the package. Only 1 of the items was in stock for the reshipment and i couldn't get my free gift either because "they cannot honor that in reshipments". Ridiculous honestly!!

I just spent over 200 dollars on a few items for make up after not getting a makeover to make sure the items would look good on me. the sales gal was super nice but they didn't get time to make sure all my items were what I needed for my skin color. Now you make a boy the face of girls? I used to buy my expensive Redken shampoos with you and trusted you for my investment in make up. You don't know your customer base. My girl parts and my daughter's girl parts will buy elsewhere. I will return my expensive make up this weekend. I don't care if you sell make up to boys, giraffes, girls, trans, whoever. But don't make a boy the face of womanhood. That's misogynistic in the extreme, to say that a boy is better at being a girl. Get off the virtue signaling trend.

One of the waste platforms in job market since many job seekers had applied for job vacancies posted thru LinkedIn and the didn't go Thur any interview yet .....so my advice to all Job seekers to apply for jobs thru INDEED App instead

Our profile belongs to a company so why would we need to put our personal government ID to prove who we are? Having researched Persona, who collect or should I say "harvest" the data it appears they have been accused of selling the information in the US! The option to submit a signed Affidavit of Identity is laughable, having paid £120.00 to a notary our account is still blocked so we are unable to submit this information without a case number! Please do not waste your money going down this route, it's a complete waste of time so we have resigned ourselves to having no LinkedIn account so hopefully someone will read all these negative reviews and start another platform that you can actually use!
