Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. An associate told me I could cancel and I'd receive a full refund. Then instead of a refund, they charged me again. I finally got those charges figured out and then 2 months later....they charge me again! Absolutely refused to refund me even though it was their mistake. I have gone round and round with these people and anytime I email corporate (because you can't call them), I get a different person. I was traveling for work at least once a month - sometimes twice and always stayed at Hilton. This one experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth and because of the way they've mishandled this, they've lost a solid long term, regular customer. Good job Hilton! Glad it was worth the $200 to screw someone over who was previously loyal to your hotel chain.

Very disappointed with the 2017 Garmin Camper LMT-D. The October Map update has introduced an error on this device and Garmin support are telling me it will not be resolved until early 2018. This is a POI based error and many users will not be aware of it's presence. Garmin engineers working on it, so looks like April's Map update will contain the fix. So much for Garmin being a world class organisation producing high end products.

I signed up to asana pre-Covid and after using it for w few weeks we thought it was an ok platform Then due to the pandemic we decided to review our opinions and found Clickup (WHICH I TOTALLLY RECOMMEND) I reached out to support to try and get a refund as we had accidentally signed up to 12 months and I just got a standard spiel if ‘we don’t refund annual policies’I then send a response which it took 7 days for Asana (terrible) customer service to respond toThey are not offering a refund, the offered 2 months free use of the platform (no thanks)There are much better value PM apps out there and Asana will not even refund a small company In the wake of COVID19I would avoid asana like the plague

Strickland Brothers oil change facility in Branson, MO. After asking them very politely to make sure they cleaned bottom of car after oil change to ensure I didn't have to deal with cleaning up excess oil dripping on my garage floor in the morning.

Worst credit card ever! Customer service sucks. I can never get a hold of anyone .They take forever to take your payment and then hit you with fees! As soon as I'm done paying I will be closing my account indefinitely. They are the worst and have also been sued by Walmart!

Review of aarp
This outfit helps screw over those they purport to serve, to benefit their advertisers. They endorse the scum of the earth as long as they keep pouring advertising dollars into their coffers. One of AARP's perennial lap dogs, Consumer Cellular, just screwed us out of 450 dollars, with their deceit and lies. AARP refused to help us out. The medical plan they endorse (United Healthcare) has one of THE LOWEST consumer ratings available. Their auto insurance favorite (Hartford) gave us a ridiculously high quote when we were shopping auto insurance providers. But they still endorse them as if Jesus himself was their CEO.No doubt they are in bed with J.D. Power, another two-bit fake, phoney fraud of an outfit. In my opinion, there actually was a time AARP served a noble purpose, until Joanne Jenkins slithered into the drivers seat. Maybe when she retreats back under the wet rock she crawled out from under, AARP will again practice what it preaches.

Absolute garbage.I have been locked out of my account over some password/trusted device issue and have raised at least 2 support tickets, neither which have been responded to.Even went to the lengths of opening a second account, Premium this time, so I could raise another support ticket and even messaged the CEO, Ryan Whatshisface.Still no response.
