It’s impossible to get hold of customer service despite having booked with booking.com forever. I paid in full for a weeks stay in Bali, only for the owner to call me and say that they came off booking.com ages ago and that I should have received cancellation from booking.com. Which I did not, everything was shown to be normal. I paid for taxis to the property and was stuck in the middle of nowhere with all my backpacking gear only to have to pay for another taxi and pay for another accommodation elsewhere. I have contacted booking.com twice via chat (bear in mind I’m actually trying to enjoy travelling) and have received no response in over a week!!! I am owed money. You’d think being a loyal customer would give me the right to a response!!! Really upset

I would give less than 1 star if it was possible. Have spent hours over the last few days trying to get some help from customer service, then listed a complaint and completely IGNORED by staff. Messed around and each of the 5 agreed call backs never made. Absolutely Awful experience never to be repeated. All I received was lazy, can't be bothered attitude, absolute shambles.

This is a hacking company; they somehow hacked my phone and they constantly post notes that advertise themselves, calling me to sign up with them. I cannot even delete those notes. This company is a corrupt criminal entity that should be eliminated. I hope they will be sued and spend time in jail!

Let me watch the credits!I just want to watch the credits without the page glitching out because it's trying to promote an other movie, try to watch the credits to understand what's the problem.Also Disney, has it ever came to your mind that many movies have post credits scenes??? What happens when the movie ends is stupid, let me watch my credits without interrupting me and glitching out the page because you can't even write proper code.

Huntsville Texas- Absolutely terrible customer service and Management. Hopefully you don’t run into ROBIN who thinks it’s funny to tell off customers in front of their children and brag about it to other employees. All merely because I asked if they could move there conversation and cart from in front of the bread as I had already been waiting patiently almost 5 mins to access the products I wanted to buy before she walked over.

Horrible customer service… still waiting on a resolution from a transaction issue from December 6th. I have been passed between 4 agents now with average delay of 4-5 days each… we have identified the problem and my resolution was supposed to be transferred to yet another agent…. still waiting…
Review of copper
My recent experience with Copper fell way short of my expectations. The system is quite limited, and often very very slow. The add in for marketing is way over sold. It is very limited, and difficult to manage. I also thought I had agreed to a quarterly program. The system reflected that in the account management section. I cancelled as required, received a cancellation confirmation email confirming the cancellation. In a few days I received another quarterly billing. I followed up we a message questioning the billing and requesting a correction. I was soon told nope your subscription is an annual subscription and closed the ticket. Rather than asking if there were issues with the system making any attempt to retain me as a client I was thrown under the bus instantly and back over multiple times. Copper gets an “F” in customer service. It is sad as they could be doing so much better. it’s really hard for me to write a negative review, but this one was earned. I hope they learn from this and improve.
