13 items ordered. 2 delivered, 1 of which damaged. Zara have no UK telephone number or email address. Contacted the online chat and whatsapp service 8 times. Provided no answer other than stock responses. Called the Spanish parent company who failed to assist. Finally refunded the money 9 weeks later when I sent a pre-action letter to the legal department of the parent company (Inditex). It is clear that Zara have structured their customer services to prevent customers from exercising their rights under the Consumer Rights Act. Ordering anything from this company online is a risk.

today I spent 4 hours talking to HP support, this is the 5th time my printer has failed to work over 3 years of ownership, I have only had use of it for a few days in all this time. HP tried for hours to make the printer connect but failed completely and said it is now out of warranty Hp printers are a complete waste of time and money and I will not but tech from HP ever again, despite using their computers for 25 years. It is time to find a newer company that values their customers and has pride in their products.

We watch ITV/STV for several hours every day. It is packed full of unmissable shows like Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Tipping Point and The Chase plus a super abundance of dramas etc. Mr.Bates v The Post Office was the best series I've seen in my entire life. We watch episodes of their box sets on the IPlayer (no longer glitchy) every single night but still have lots more queueing up in My List. It's just too good if that's possible. :)
