Provided no answer other than stock responses. Called the Spanish parent company who failed to assist. Finally refunded the money 9 weeks later when I sent a pre-action letter to the legal department of the parent company (Inditex). It is clear that Zara have structured their customer services to prevent customers from exercising their rights under the Consumer Rights Act. Ordering anything from this company online is a risk.
