Would actually put zero stars if I could. Like a lot of people my facebook was hacked, it was completly taken over, password and email. So all the help functions for facebook are not accessible! I managed to create a new account and logged on, then I found my account, I reported it and left feedback to try and get my account back. I then got a message to say that my account wasnt meeting their guidelines and they requested to do a video to confirm my identity. I thought this was a way to get my account back but now I'm completly locked out I cant get a new account so I have no way of getting back on. I'm devasted to have lost everything all the memories shared using facebook and there is no one on facebook who I can contact I know we all use it but its an apsolute disgrace that there isnt a dedicated team to help with this which you can contact without havibg to go on facebook, if I am wrong please say!

Totally useless repair service. They ask you to go through a process, but instead of arranging repair it sends you on to the recycling terms and conditions which you have to sign agree that phone will not be returned! This company is a total joke! Customer service team seem to be a bunch of robots with no ability to understand what you are saying or any empathy. I sent them the page requiring me to agree to not receiving the phone back. They replied to tell me to authorize them to submit repair request on my behalf and provide necessary information. I did this and they reply that they cannot submit on my behalf and I have to use the repair portal. Are they nuts!

Getting drivers from the offical Futjisu Website is absolute impossible. Each link to downloads gets you to an error page. The only thing you can get from the Fujitsu support website is a bunch of pdf. But forget to get things like bios updates.

This company uses a third party “Viator.com” for experience booking which is a very terrible company. Paid $218 for an experience that I didn’t actually go on. Viator refused to offer any refund or credit - customer service basically said “it is what it is.”I have never seen such a poor response and refusal to refund or credit from a company that is getting a significant amount of tourist dollars.Background: experience details stated that the experience started at 3pm. LESS than 24 hours prior (@3:54pm), the operator contacted us stating we’d be picked up by 1pm. Mind you, when we are on vacation, we plan some days for activities. We had something else going on that ended at 1:30 so we were unable to make it. Mind you, they will not let you cancel less than 24 hours prior so how would I cancel ahead when the pick up time wasn’t revealed until less than 24 hours? Had it been stated upfront, we would have cancelled.

AVG has charged my account twice. Firstly 0n 25 March 2025 for a two year subscription for US$57.36 and again on 25 May2025 for US$79.97 for another three year subscription. I have written to AVG to re-look at this double charge but no response. I need to cancel the second charge of US$79.97 and refund my account.From time to time, AVG would identify issues to be resolved and before resolving the identified issues, it prompted for a payment of a fee of US$3 or an annual charge for US$49 as part of the resolution of issues identified. Please explain what is the AVG subscription for - the services that it entails. Further, why is there ongoing prompting for payment while resolving issues? If it is just a fee for the transaction to resolve the issue identified then why ask for a whole year subscription?

Being able to write your about your fundraising goal and having your own QR code has been instrumental in helping us raise funds as we have been able to share to our social media platforms in addition to being able to produce fundraising cards to hand out at at events.
