Extremely disappointed in PayPal’s handling of fraud and unauthorised transactions.A charge for $129 was taken from my account for a purchase from D Smith — something I never authorised, never ordered, and never received. I expected PayPal to help resolve it, but instead I was met with useless automated phone systems and a chatbot that led nowhere.No way to speak to a real person. No escalation. No meaningful support. Just dead ends.I reported it multiple times, and still nothing has been done. It feels like PayPal is completely hands-off when it comes to helping its users recover their money in these situations — which defeats the whole point of using them as a “secure” payment platform.Because of this experience, I’ll be deleting my PayPal account entirely. I no longer trust the platform to protect my money.

Logging into my account is nigh impossible. Magic link not received. Password update not received initially (forced to change my password as I hadn't logged in for a while) - had to attempt twice. Sticking with Vinted which is far easier to use.

I placed an order, your App gave me an error message so I placed a duplicate order. I returned the item the minute it arrived and since then Amazon has received it. I am told I am to wait a month to get my credit card (Amazon credit card) refunded. In the mean time I have to make interest payments on the credit card. I guess good business for you guys but shifty move with your customers. I wonder how much you guys make out of people with this kind of shaddy behavior

HORRIBLE and useless ! I sent the money with them multiple times , lately it got super complicated and I'm waisting tonnes of time trying to verify or get the refund , both of wish are proving unsuccessful. They just want to put you on hold , send the email and do not take into account any requests . USELESS , I much rather spend 20 euro on the transfer with the regural bank and save days of flustraction.

I got a card off of it thinking hey the place look legit and its easy to do. I buy the card and then 15 minutes later I get the card number so I'm like hey lets buy something. the card gets declined long story short the website is a scam, please look at reviews because I didn't, just get your card off of Amazon please. Amazon will always be legit and real for you ok. I cried because I had bought an 500 dollar gift card for my some. for his 18th birthday. they put the card on hold and never said anything after that. the customer service is wack and they don't care about you.

What happened to this Site. It has become a joke. I used to book more than 100 night a years with them or Expedia. The rewards program was awesome. They changed it to this ridiculous rewards system that’s gives you about a dollar per stay. I’ll do my booking with Priceline from now on.
