Review of freshbooks
I love the support that I get. The Freshbooks product is not perfect, and has caused lots of problems for me. My bank account connection and credit card connection are always breaking down. I tried Wave. It is free and they email you when your bank connections fail so you are aware of the problem you have. Freshbooks need to start doing that too. But why I stayed with Freshbooks is for the AMAZING support you get whenever you call. I really got over the top help from Dorsa, and I usually get fantastic help from just about anyone I call. But I will always reach out to her, because she didn't just help a little, she helped a TON. I hope her bosses read this and give her a bonus or a raise. She is worth it!

For me, Bitdefender Total Security is the ideal protection for the PCs, macbooks and phones in our family. Good customer service, who solved problem I had with merging a new activation code with my existing subscription. Standard procedure for renewing with activation code could be clearer.

I ordered a $600 Diamond Jewelry set for my wife for Christmas from Macy's on December 8th, 2020. On the 16th, I was suppose to have received the jewelry set but by the 22nd the tracking label said the same. UPS had created the label but had not received item to even begin shipping it. I called customer support, who can barely speak english might I add, who explained to me my item was missing in transit or possibly stolen. At this point I am beyond frustrated because I was not notified this earlier and this is my wife's gift. I was given a reship or refund option. The refund offer isn't what I wanted, as I got the jewelry set for 60% off from $1400. The reship option wasn't much better because they couldn't ship the item any faster. It would be another 3-6 business days and all they could do was tell me sorry. Now here we are December 31st, NO PROGRESS ON SHIPPING AGAIN! When MACYS opens at 9am, I will be refunding my money, leaving this crap review, making sure I tell as many people as possible to never buy anything from macy's because you will never actually get it. What a JOKE of a store!

First your enticed to give up your information with a 15% off coupon on your next purchase. I did and got the email with the 15% coupon. When I went to apply the coupon they have this verbiage in the terms and conditions; "Additional terms, conditions, products, pricing and offers subject to change without notice." So they do not honor the 15% coupon it is just a ploy to get your information. Then when you request for them to remove your information from their system they send you another email where you have to go set up an account to have all your information removed. Makes no sense and is just wasting my time. They clearly will never honor the coupon since they have a way out in the coupon. The item I was purchasing is not excluded from the list on the email, but the verbiage above gives them an out. Never give up your information to Logitech for any reason.

I have used GetYourGuide twice so far... last year (June 2024) for a guided walking tour of Pompeii from Naples. This year (June 2025) for a guided walking tour of old Quebec City. Both times, it was easy to find the meeting point and the guides were punctual, extremely well informed, friendly, and fun. No issues; I plan to use GetYourGuide again.

Why people pay for a blue tick account is beyond me I report 100s of scammers and they aren't removed so what is the point of authenticating your account when they carry on the same bullsh*t.I received a 30 day ban in groups and called for calling a scammer a thief apparently its threatening and abusive.
