No customer Service - No support response

We have a pro account with 8 paid host licenses. We have had a billing issue since day 1 and I have been unable to get support on the issue. I have two support tickets open with them and NO response. I have now opened a third ticket. I have made multiple calls to their billing department but just stay on hold for a long time then eventually gets answered by an answering service and they take your info so they can call you back. Been waiting for a call back for a month now.

Absolutely disgusting returned a £500 order using the online returns machine in the WATFORD store!…. It’s been 11 days no refunds and no help from the online chat just keep asking me generic questions! Zara are thieves!!! DO NOT USE THE ONLINE RETURNS MACHINES INSTORE - REFUSE AND MAKE THE STAFF DO IT MANUALLY FOR YOU!!!! OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND! I NEED SOMEONE FROM ZARA TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY

Update:I sent feedback to corporate and they are showing that they care and take it as a learning opportunity. I say kudos to showing empathy. We first purchased the Jollene leather sectional, which was defective. I spoke to Miguel in the customer service department and he was awful. So rude and unprofessional. He ended up just putting the phone down, waiting for me to hang up so that I would not be able to do the after call review. Then someone else picked up the phone and was speaking Spanish, which is my first language but I did not respond in Spanish as I wanted to see what he would say. He was yelling and called me "maricon" which translates to faggot. That is so disgusting. On April 11, we received our replacement sofa, we decided to try the fabric sofa instead. This delivery was also defective so I had to call the service line again. The inspection was scheduled and then Macy's called me to discuss the replacement. During this call, they scheduled the replacement delivery. I was told that it would be a full replacement to keep the pieces together. The replacement delivery came today but they only brought half of the sectional. I told the driver, who was 2 hours later than the tracker service stated, that we were expecting the full replacement. I called the customer service number to find out what we are supposed to receive and during this time the lead delivery person was also very rude telling us to hurry up and decide if we want it because they have other deliveries to get to. This is after showing up so late. He never apologized for anything. The service department said that they were just replacing the chaise portion. I asked why I was told it would be a full replacement to keep the pieces together. The service person said, in a very rude tone, who told you that and what day and time did someone tell you that.From start to finish, this was an extremely gross experience. We were hard core Marshall Field's customers but since Macy's took over, we paused shopping for some years and decided to take a chance doing business with Macy's furniture. What a mistake. Based on the absolutely horrible people you employ to do customer service, we will never do business with Macy's again. This will be my review for Macy's on all formats. You really need to do better so that you can stop closing more and more stores. You cannot maintain business with terrible customer service.

I don't trust them with my personal info

Been using ebay for 20 years mostly buying. Just sold a item for $511.00, buyer paid and recieved item then left positive feedback. Now ebay won't forward my share without my social even though there website sez $600.00 and above needs a social. There threating to send my money to the government. Info is they have hacked more then once.

Selling our email addresses to advertising companies. I am plagued almost hourly in Gmail promotions and social boxes by adverts for anything and everything. None of which I have EVER EVER looked at on Google . Dating sites boarding on pornography. Constantly reporting to Google is totally ignored. No option now to report these as spam either. Shame on you
