My delivery was not "handed to the resident" which is why you can't provide a picture of this happening.Another item not from Amazon website but shipped through Amazon shipping also didn't arrive. Luckily I paid through PayPal for that so got an immediate refund. Amazon send an email to confirm your order, they send an email to confirm a delivery that didn't happen, yet there's no email confirmation of when you click item not received, which tells you everything you need to know.Have cancelled prime subscription and won't be using Amazon for anything in the future as there's no payment protection.

HP if I could give you zero stars I would! The Color Laserjet Pro MFP M293fdw is the BIGGEST POS EVER! The fist one I bought just over 1.5 years ago started to have a"supply issue"! After calling Staples for warranty it was replaced with the same model printer. Here I am few months later with the same danm issue with the replacement machine!!! I have ONLY USED HP BRAND TONER IN BOTH MACHINES! THANKS TO THE WASTE IN HUNDERS OF $$$$ IN TONER I HAVE 5 BOXES OF UNOPEN 206A toner (ALL COLORS AND BLACK) that I CANT SEND BACK! I AM OUT A PRINTER AND ANOTHER $450 IN TONER! GOOD RIDDENS! IM GOING TO CANON AND MAYBE THAT WILL BE A BETTER PRINTER!!

Want to have peace of mind? Never book your vacations with VRBO. This review is not even about the QUALITY of the Service by Vrbo- which is awful- but about the KIND of Service provided . Unlike other companies like Airbnb or Hotels,com or Booking.com or Agoda , VRBO does not assume any task related to the booking :It is the property owner that will charge your Credit Card -increasing the chances of problems-and if you have to cancel your reservation you go straight into a nightmare : Unlike with other companies that you can cancel online on their website in seconds with just 2 clicks , with Vrbo you have to personally contact the owner of the rental unit or leave a message to the owner that you want to cancel. If the owner acknowledge receiving the message or if not If you are lucky and you can personally contact the owner and if he or she will answer to your request then you will be waiting for days to see your cancellation on the Vrbo website . What it takes seconds with other companies it takes days and stress with VRBO What I find on the verge of dishonesty is that Vrbo does not even inform you before you book a property about the kind of service they will provide or better to say the kind of service that they WILL NOT PROVIDE

I arrived off my flight which went great around 12 midnight. I was given a room up a flight of stairs which I had requested not to. I suffer from arthritis in my knees and hips. I then discovered there was not bed for my grandson and no bedding. When I went reception the old man shrugged then called someone. They then said the only solution was to put my grandson in another room. Not acceptable to put a child in another room. The whole safety aspect and in a strange county also. Not just another room but another block, stating they would sort it in the morning. I didn’t sleep that night for worrying about my grandson. I had 2hrs sleep. Great start to a holiday. The next day they made my grandson move into our room and made the bed up. I was told that they didn’t have a room with a lift or lower floor until the next day. So on day 3 of our holiday we moved again to a room in the main block. It made a difference to my mobility moving into main block. On the last day I request a later checkout.i was told to come back in the afternoon. I did this as they said they would have to move rooms etc. I sat about all day waiting to to find out if I could get late check out . So that is 3 days out of a 7 day holiday spoilt because of someone incompetence. I just think it’s highly unsatisfactory service all round. This holiday was a treat for my grandkids and it turned into a nightmare . I found the male staff also quite rude and unhelpful. Myself and my grandkids ended up not have the relaxing and enjoyable holiday we had planned.There was also ants etc in the rooms and was told by one of the male staff members “ what do you expect it’s Cyprus”. Not an acceptable attitude. Given the standards I have come to expect from accommodation provided on Jet2 holidays this place the sweet memories fell very short of Jet2 standards. I work in serviced apartments and if we provided the kind of service we were given I would be pulled in by senior management. Very poor service from some hotel staff not all.
