This is a sorry company!!! I couldn’t reset my pin. I could never get a live agent. I went to Verizon and we got a live agent who put us on hold. 😡 finally got another live agent who said I had to go to a ATT store to get account pin so I could get a transfer pin. Store manager said they couldn’t do anything until 48 hours after phone registration. 😡😡😡 then they said I had to do this in person. 😡😡😡 they would not let me cancel my account!!! I hate ATT!

Terrible company which don't care about their customers. The delivery address on my order was wrong, which with any respectable company can be changed with a simple phone call. When I contacted adidas to change the address they refused to and said I have to wait until I know the delivery company and change it with them. I then contacted DPD to change the address who told me only the sender could change the address. I then contacted adidas again telling them only they could change the address. They again refused to offer any help with the issue and decided to instead try to push a bunch of sales offer down my throat. Not once did they even attempt to try and resolve my problem. I asked to have the contact details for their complaints department which they refused to give to me after asking multiple times of asking.

Nest thermostat suddenly stopped connecting to WiFi. Called to resolve the issue and was issued with a £50 phone bill as the call centre did not inform me that there was a seaprate UK call centre. As an American company, I had presumed the number was free for all customers to call. Customer service showed no understanding and just helpfully told me what I already knew (that I had called the US call centre)

I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, including breakfast. The offer stated that children were free. Upon checking the booking confirmation, though, I saw that the booking was for 2 adults only. I contacted Agoda, and after explaining what happened, they said that I could add the children to the booking for an extra fee. I went on their website whilst on the phone, and the offer was still there, clearly stating that children went free, but they would not believe me and said that I would have to pay extra. I proceeded to cancel the booking altogether but hadn't I spotted the number of guests, I would've had to pay the hotel on the day! Very misleading!

Hello. I paid for spoti having checked what artists are actually there. Now, I find myself loosing a track from every playlist each day - they clearly have no clue on how to uphold their agreements with artists. Don't waste your money. Spotify is going out of trend with no respect for their costumers or artists. So DONT waste your time building a library there. It will BE A WASTE OF TIME. To whatever retarddedd infanfant child is resposible, die of cancer ya mulla.
