I’ve reached out through the support channels but haven’t received any clear updates or help. I’m not trying to complain—I just really need access to my account again. I rely on it daily and hope someone from Facebook can look into this and help me get it back. Was very disappointed with our stay here last Friday April 30th. I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub and when we arrived we were given our room without it! Never mentioned to us they had to change rooms as the last jacuzzi tub was broken. Went to room that was unclean and toilet handle broken. When down to express that we didn’t book that room and there was nothing they could do just drop the price by $50 dollars! We were there for a concert drove over 2 hours and couldn’t book anywhere else. So unprofessional and room was not what we expected. I will never recommend or book at any Beat western any where! Be aware of what u book with these people! Customer service is not at all good.

Keep your other services! I regret dropping Tmobile! My bill is never the same. It goes up and up. Also once direct tv merged with them forget it. I use to love direct TV but not anymore. I had my service suspended and it was turned on without any updated warning, no email no nothing. They charged me a whole month I never used. They refused to take it off and said there is no way to confirm I didn't use it. Like seriously do you not have access to see my usage. Basically insinuating I'm a liar!! Stay away! I regret it all the time!

I had DSL internet from ATT for many years, then, last January I turned my smart tv and surprise, no internet. I thought that there might be a temporary problem, so I waited and waited and nothing.I was able to connect to the Internet by using Xfinity's $10.00 a month internet for 2 devices and after googling to find out what was going on I found out that ATT had discontinued DSL for good in my area.I went to my account page and was only able to suspend (vacation mode), unable to close the account on the same page. Well...after three months I get this email from ATT telling me that I was behind on my payments. Pretty shady, I have to say. I was cut off the internet with no notice, after which I even went to one of their stores in my area, but all they could do was offer me a higher premium, wireless plan to which I said: I'll think about, thanks! After I got the charges for service I was cut off and didn't get, I called ATT and talked to someone who told me he couldn't take care of it, not even close the account. Instead, I was transferred to someone overseas, with again, more B.S and demanding that I should pay, because I had only suspended, not closed my account with them. How can this happen in the United States with a major Corporation, treating customers like meaningless nobodies.If I had ordered something online and the merchandise was not delivered, how do they expect the customer to pay for nothing?I would give ATT -1 star, but since there is no such option I'm gifting them with one star.Very bad and most likely a DEI corporation, run by unprofessional, unqualified people.

have been trying for 5 weeks to recover a parcel that was sent to AMAZON WITH SOME RETURNS. AMAZON RECEIVED IT ON 11TH APRIL, BUT NOW CANNOT FIND IT. EVERY TIME I PHONE ALL I HEAR IS BULLSHIT ABOUT PEOPLE GETTING BACK TO ME, WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. I SPEND THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR WITH AMAZON, NOT ANYMORE.

This is a joke! I made the mistake of changing from Norton Protection to McAfee (because of a deal on Amazon!) Apart from being a lengthy setting up process, McAfee is not secure! I cannot access many of my apps/websites now unless I turn OFF the VPN! How is this secure? The whole point of my taking McAfee was for the security of a VPN! It is nonsensical that you have to switch OFF your online security to access a website - something that never happened with Norton! Furthermore, when I tried to get a refund and/or make a complaint it was near enough impossible to navigate around the McAfee website to do so! And, their online chat facility was a waste of time as the rep just kept repeating herself about how it wasn't McAfee causing the problem! Then who is it!

My kids love Lego and it keeps thebusy for hours - hence the 5 stars!! Only negative is Lego please improve your website - there are some toys I cannot buy from the store. It would be good to get them directly from the website but I find it difficult to navigate.

Bought a Samsung frame tv. Within about 11 months it started turning itself off repeatedly mid-watch. I didn’t have time to go back to them before the 12 month point. It’s now 1.5 years old and turns off so frequently (during almost every watch, multiple times per watch) that I bought a cheap projector for movies. This is a known problem. It’s known by Samsung, it’s also all over chat boards. We’ve called them and they said “well we could send someone but it has to have the issue while they’re at your house for us to try to work on it and you have to buy a new cord, that sometimes fixes it” …. Where’s the pride in having a product that works and responsibility if it doesn’t. Just appalling. I tell everyone who comes over never buy one. Now I’m telling the internet. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG FRAME TV!

I signed up for a lyft ride this morning, at 9:00, I kept waiting and watching the app, and the time kept changing, finally, It said that my ride would be here at 12:00. I cought a ride with a neighbor around 1:00.I needed to get back to where my car broke down Saturday afternoon and get it towed to an auto shop. This is a real world out there so you better take it seriously. I worked with AAA for hours Saturday trying to get it towed and then got the message that my tow had been counseled because the shop had closed.Lyft charged just the same. I used Lyft 3 times about 3 + years ago and received good service, I do not like their new app or their service! I have no faith in them! And if one did not get to ride in the car one can't file a complaint, yet I paid for no ride, thanks Lyft, I am not stopping until I get through to you!!!! I want to know just what kind of business are you running in 2023. Maybe you have had too many lawsuits! If you can't run a business right then close the door!

TikTok permanently banned two creators that have never had any strikes on their account and did not do anything to violate the community guidelines. A man that literally has had his streams striked for hate speech and makes new accounts to get around the ban is allowed to continue to use his 5+ accounts. He harasses, stalks and threatens young women and promotes hate speech on his TikTik. He even had his followers mass report the 2 people who got their accounts banned. How is this right? I got a strike for leaving just a 😘on a friends post.

Would give zero star if I could. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer Service does not exist. This company are only helpful when their taking your money. I am still waiting for a refund from Sept 22. I've been sending complaints for 5 months and keep getting an automated response stating they are busy with correspondence. No point in calling them as you can't get through and when you do they just hang up because they clearly have no customer care.
