I cancelled my subscription because it did not work with my fitBit. It said it worked with the Versa2 but I could never get it to work. I subscribed in May. I cancelled it after I got my first bill in July. I kept getting billed every month for 4 months $9.99 a month even after I cancelled. I finally sent a message to customer support and they refused to refund any portion of the billing. Terrible customer service! Warning they still bulk even after you cancel! It cost me $40 and they won’t even refund 1/2

The worst delivery experience ever. I ordered a £1000 laptop and never received it. After a lot of call in costumer service and a lot of nonsense I got a refund. Few months later I ordered guitar strings. Guitar strings in general are coming in different size. They sent me the wrong size. I asked for a replacement. They sent me again the wrong size. Absolutely useless warehouse team and when you call phone costumer service they say they can't connect with the warehouse. You have to fill up applications online instead.

If I could give negative stars I would! I broke down on I65 at 4:30pm and called for tow service and was told eta would be 8:00pm I was ok with this but not with what occurred afterwards. 8:00 came and went no tow truck called them back explained to them I had 3 kids in car with me and was sitting on the side of a dangerous portion of road, they replied they would expedite a truck, great! 9:00 came still no tow truck, called them again and was told they couldn’t help me until sometime the next day!!!! Are you kidding me???? I called state police and they helped me and had a tow truck there in 15 minutes! After being a triple A member for 24 years I will not be renewing my membership

I decided to buy the trial period for 12 weeks for £12. I was not informed that my 12 weeks were running out and whenever I tried to cancel my subscription I couldn't find the option. I've now been charged £55 even though I've sent an email to customer services and spoke to someone on the phone about it. I first got interested in this because I'm going to study economics for A level and quite frankly I can't afford £55 being taken out of my wallet

My school uses this as their e-book platform for many of my tech classes. It's horrible. They're more concerned with protecting their IP than providing a platform focused on teaching students. It's horrible to navigate, "flipping" pages takes forever because it won't let the browser cache pages. Studying for tests is extremely frustrating. Copying text for homework is a pain. Looking up references is just impossible. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone. Even "free" is too much to pay for this outdated platform that's intended to teach technology.*edit* And God help you if you accidentally hit the "back" button. You'll lose your place entirely.
