Been shopping with urban for a very long time. An extremely large shipment never arrived (presumably due to a courier error) and the entire time I tried to find out what happened/ get my parcel or my money back, I was treated like a criminal. Only after involving a lawyer friend I got my money back (4 months later.) I would not recommend shopping here on anything other than a credit card. I very nearly lost a couple of hundred ££s & their customer service team really couldn't have cared less.

I use to order tons of pink/vs outfits the sweats and pants combos the average 100$ unless there's a sale. I stopped about 3 years ago because I had so many. I just got a new set and it was horrible. The material was not listed in on the tag...I don't think it's cotton looks like something from Shein.

His inspection was thorough and professional and he guided us through the process without any holdups.
