Been shopping with urban for a very long time. An extremely large shipment never arrived (presumably due to a courier error) and the entire time I tried to find out what happened/ get my parcel or my money back, I was treated like a criminal. Only after involving a lawyer friend I got my money back (4 months later.) I would not recommend shopping here on anything other than a credit card. I very nearly lost a couple of hundred ££s & their customer service team really couldn't have cared less.
