A rigged platform

I specifically came here to leave a review about this rigged platform. They use every possible trick to force a subscription on you. I often play against bots, and it’s impossible to beat them… Even if I manage to win a piece, I still end up losing—either on time or by position. A bot with a 1400 rating plays like a grandmaster, takes only 20 seconds out of 3 minutes, and makes zero mistakes. It’s just ridiculous, and it happens all the time.My actual level is 1700, and soon it’ll be 1800. I play in a club officially. Twenty years ago, my rating was around 2000, but then I stopped playing for a long time. I know exactly how a 1400-rated player should play. This platform doesn’t fight against cheaters—it creates its own.I barely made it into the Champion League… where there are players with 900 ratings! How is that even possible? They gain 200-300 points in just an hour. It’s a disaster.I’m done playing on Chess.com. My nerves are more important. Let the cheaters play among themselves. Horrible service.

I bought four plush cats from the same seller. I waited 42 days and received only two. When I contacted the seller to ask where my other two were, I discovered a package had been delivered a MONTH before - but I never got it. When I asked WHY they sent my items in two packages packages and a month apart - I got no answer. They said they'd refund me but DIDN'T. Ali Express than only refunded me for one, and not the other- yet they were in the SAME missing package! Ali Express GUARANTEE shipping within 30 days or a full refund- no mention of this in their reply to me. They simply refused a refund and maintain what I ordered - is what I got, despite refunding me for ONE missing item. I AM DELETING MY ACCOUNT. COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY - WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ALI EXPRESS AGAIN. Slimy and dishonest.

Do not trust your holiday plans to Agoda.We were left without access to check into our accommodation at 1am in the morning, despite informing the hotel of our late arrival time some days previously. We spent a fraught and uncomfortable night without a room or a bed.The Agoda website states that our chosen accommodation has a 24 hour front desk and is one of the highlighted features. This was not the case and as we later found out was not a feature of the hotel’s own website or on other booking company websites.Agoda Customer Services answered my emails but every response came from a different operative, were confused and contradictory and ultimately as the booking agent, Agoda took no responsibility for upholding the booking contract.

Unprofessional London Underground staff

On the 9th of July 2023 at 4pm I was travelling on the Piccadilly line from Earls Court where there were a group of 6 youths who were smoking cannabis in the carriage. A gentleman asked them to stop in which he was insulted and told to mind his own business.He then stopped the train at South Kensington and asked the staff to remove them from the train but was simply told that he was holding up the train. As a result he came off train in disgust. I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY WITH THE SLACK DISGUSTING ATTITUDE OF THE LONDON UNDERGROUND STAFF. YOU RAISE THE PRICES YET PROVIDE A POOR SERVICE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES WHEN PEOPLE WILL TAKE MATTERS INTO THEIR OWN HANDS.

Deposited money into my fiat wallet on Nov 10, today it is Nov21 and still no deposit showing. Ive reached out to them and still no feedback. Zero support and zero customer service. My money is at this point in their account, but I do not have access to it. Beware, do not use this app.Maybe the people below and myself should file a case against this company, that should get their attention.Update: they reached out to me, just to send me back to their app to speak to their bot, very frustrating, zero service.

They do a lot of great things

The BMAC platform does a lot of great things, that's why I love them. There are a few minor aspects I am still waiting for them to implement such as the posts that do not need to display the date especially if you want to include them in a membership program, and also, their thumbnails show a blank/black picture instead of a thumbnail - these are things that are not customizable. Other than that, it is an excellent place for anybody who wants to share their knowledge and monetize it. Update on Sept 23:Yes, I have used the link below to suggest the improvements but have yet to see them implemented, after a year of request. Once they are done, they will get 5 stars from me. Well deserved. :)

I wanted to share my experience as a first-time customer on Binance.US because it was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling misled.I recently converted 1,801 USDT to BTC on Binance.US. The conversion screen explicitly stated “no fees”, so I trusted it. However, after the transaction, I realized that Binance applied a significantly inflated exchange rate: • Rate applied: 98,857.1 USDT/BTC • Market rate at the time: ~102,000 USDT/BTCBecause of this, I received 0.01625028 BTC instead of what I should have received (~0.01766 BTC), costing me roughly $144 worth of BTC.The Problem: • The “Preview” screen only showed the BTC amount (e.g., 0.01625028 BTC) but didn’t show the USD equivalent. • Without knowing how much that BTC translated to in dollars, I had no way of realizing the inflated rate or the loss I was taking. • Binance claims “no fees,” but the spread acts like a hidden fee that’s not made clear.The Support Interaction:I contacted Binance Support to resolve this issue, and here’s what happened: 1. They initially told me the cost difference was due to market conditions and “spread.” 2. They contradicted themselves by later saying there are fees included in the total amount shown before confirming. 3. When I pointed out the lack of transparency and misleading “no fees” claim, they apologized but said there’s nothing they could do. 4. They escalated my case to their internal team, but the response was the same—no refund, no resolution. 5. Eventually, they started sending me links to generic fee explanations, completely ignoring the core issue of miscommunication and hidden costs.Why This Matters:As a first-time user, I expected better. Binance claimed there were no fees, but the inflated rate cost me significantly more than any fee would have. If the spread is part of the cost, it should be made crystal clear—not hidden behind misleading claims.This process has been exhausting, and the lack of resolution or accountability is disappointing. I trusted Binance to be transparent, and instead, I was left feeling scammed out of my money.If you’re thinking of using Binance’s “Buy Crypto” or “Convert” feature, beware of the hidden spread costs. Use the Advanced Trading option instead, where you can place limit or market orders to avoid these inflated rates.I hope Binance improves their transparency and stops advertising “no fees” when there are clearly hidden costs. I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.
