I'm sure the FAQ hosting is fine but that's a waste of money when page design is so easy and their design is so rudimentary, it becomes demonstrous when you consider it circumvents your bug reporting and puts a monkey between the user and anyone who can fix anything when it actually does go wrong and is not already in the knowledge base. See FAQs kinda develop from good communication between users and company. What you will find with this company is that its staff are tasked with making it your fault or no ones, I believe this is because they can't understand the problems to relate them. One way or the other they can't relate the issues in ways that your team understand and feature braking errors go unfixed, your product fails because its not working for anyone and people get sick of hearing "It's normal." If its normal for a product to not work by design then then It's a bad product. Do you have an Exit ICO? Ruining some other scam? Maybe this company is for you...

Review of wayfair
Large selection, fast delivery, solid quality, easy assembly. Having just moved to the US from abroad we were in need of quite a lot of furniture as we shipped only the essentials. We bought from different sources, both physical stores and online from Wayfair/Birchlane, and what really surprised me was that with the Wayfair products we had zero issues, while we have had nothing but bad experiences with our deliveries from physical stores (pricey stores as well like Star Furniture). I would recommend anyone to get their furniture at Wayfair, since their core competence is basically logistics, so getting the product to your door with no issues and they actually must have some sort of Quality Control, something that appears to be badly lacking in the physical stores. But I guess if you want to pay for the crowd of pushy sales people and the fancy showroom go ahead. I personally will buy my furniture online only from now on.

I ordered a small ottoman on Aug 22nd. Expected delivery date was the 30th. And then Sept 3rd. And then the 9th-11th. And then the 10th-13th. And then the 11th - 15th. And now the 16th - 19th. Those dates only show on the website. When I actually click into Track Your Order, all it says is Tuesday, September 3, Estimated Delivery, Item To Be Shipped.Whereas the app doesn't display those ranges but simply still says estimated delivery: Sept 3rd with "Item to be Shipped" as the status.Unless Wayfair invented time travel, it never came on the current delivery date of Sept 3rd. Today is the 10th. It seems that this estimated delivery date range shifts forward every day I check the site. I had varying experiences with the service reps. One said it had been picked and was on the boat and had a tracking number. Except there is still no tracking number displayed on the order page. So I'm pretty sure he was just reading from a script.Another agent finally opened up a ticket on Sept 5th to investigate what's going on with the item. Apparently that takes another 10 days while they "wait for scan data"? (How much do you want to bet I don't hear anything by the 15th.) But kudos to her for at least trying. This entire time no one can cancel the order even though we have no clue where the item is and I've been receiving contradictory information. It makes no sense that it cannot be canceled given that it definitely has not shipped yet and there is not a tracking number. The only thing I was able to negotiate in one of the service chats was to waive the return shipping fee, so I guess that's nice.If it ever arrives in the first place... And they remember to honor that waive request. In the meantime, I've already ordered and received an actual tracking number for an order with another discount furniture company. Turn around time between order and delivery date: six days. That's in comparison to Wayfair's 18 day wait and counting to even receive a tracking #.Going forward, you can bet I'll be using Wayfair's competitor because this is beyond ridiculous. Either the item was never in stock in the first place but I was still able to place the order, or Wayfair's shipping partner is stuck in the Bermuda Triangle.

I think that the parents and the teachers should unite together and face the system to teach our children what they know about history and what they should know about arithmetic and science all of this is important. Our teachers should stand with the parents and insist on providing the best for our children. But for some strange reason the teachers are way out in left field in their own teacherville land. This is unacceptable! The teachers need to get their act together and join with the parents to make our children and this country a better place
Review of depop
I was a member of Depop for 7 years with over 1000 sales & 5star feedback. Removed my item for being counterfeit which is utterly FALES & blocked my account. They refuse to acknowledge my appeals & then had the audacity to chase me to post outstanding items even though my account was blocked. The CEO Kruti Patel Goyal doesn't respond to emails or on X. They’ve done this to thousands of people & nobody at Depop has cares. No customer service what do ever! The old CEO Maria never would have allowed this! USE OTHER PLATFORMS WITH WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICES & A CEO THAT CARES

Review of gog
One of the best sites to buy video games, because they allow you to play offline (no annoying DRM). They're better than Steam in that regard, although Steam client is still better than GOG galaxy (years of developing). In recent times, they have been giving aggressive discounts, like Steam, and some free games during sales.

Review of garmin
Bought an aviation transceiver from them and installed it in my helicopter. It never worked from day one. Sent it back to Aircraft Spruce for warranty. Now I find Garmin not only wont honor the warranty, they won’t even repair it. So Garmin has my $1700 transceiver and I have nothing. They won’t even return my useless Garmin device back to me!! And it’s MINE!!! Garmin is HORRIBLE. It’s been two months to find out they will do NOTHING to help me.

DoorDash sucks! The driver took a picture of my food but when I went to retrieve it from my porch the food was gone! I called DoorDash immediatelydemanding a refund because I know that driver took my food! They denied my refund. I contacted them again and told them I'm writing bad reviews about your business to everybody on the internet! They gave me my refund but I'm still angry with them for not listening to a loyal customer in the first place!🤬
