my old account was wrong unsubscribed on the 1st of OCTOBER by McAfee Techmasters after they claim it was due on the 2nd of OCTOBER. Now; I've delt with 3 stupid Morons who won't take care of my issues properly. I called to start a NEW account and ALL 3 refuses to connect me to their supervisor because i keep insisting upon my rights to have a NEW account to be established of a due date that meets when I have the money. If I do get my new account and anyone dares break the law and change it from the date i started it. I will own McAfee Techmasters/Techmate

I like Spotify a lot

I like Spotify a lot. Personally I use this app and I’d recommend it to everyone simply because there are no advertisements unlike in u-tube where there’s a lot interruptions in between and not only do I get to listen to music but also listen to podcasts I give Spotify 10/10

Good process - awful 'search' function

Ordering process itself works well - but the 'search' function in the shop is really bad: unless you know the title exactly, it takes quite a while to find anything. Books that are part of a course or series cannot be found by using the name of the course - you need the exact title of the module.

Careful

Careful - whilst it was easy to purchase the one piece of music I wanted, they automatically sign you up for an expensive premium service after giving you a free 7 day trial, none of which I wanted. It's actually quite disgusting I think. You get multiple emails immediately, so if you don't spot that you've been signed up, your credit card will be debited. Then you have to log in and try and find how to unsubscribe before the subscription kicks in.

Disgusting platform! I don't know why all Colleges in the US are forcing all students to take Cengage's courses. It's horrible! Their system doesn't work, it has a lot of issues.

Prime shipping has become unreliable…

Prime shipping has become unreliable since Covid. It happens too often that items in Amazon's warehouse are stated as being delivered same or next day and late in the delivery window I get an automated reply stating the items would be delivered the next day. I pay for prime delivery. I make purchase decisions based on that. I've been a loyal customer for years but now thinking that loyalty has been misplaced. Amazon needs to do some soul searching and the market place needs to take advantage and offer an alternative.

Lost sales, support nightmare, riddled with errors and inconsistencies

The plugin has errors, that actively hurt sales in my ecommerce store. The support we pay for is incapable and unwilling to help shifting everything on the customer, even after demonstrating the erroneous handling of data and translations.

Salesforce CRM is excellent for opportunity tracking. My account team is also very good because we set an upfront contract on how we would like to communicate and consult with each other from the beginning. I think that's important.
