Can't log into any pay slips. Wants a email code but cannot leave the page to retrieve email code. Tried downloading app which says password incorrect even though it's the same password I've used all the time I've had sage. Never a issue until the emails verification happened! No help online either such a frustrating process. Update to review had a call to help and advisor said they are looking into the issues so I'm grateful for the response as such I've changed my rating thankyou

Paypal is ONE USELESS COMPANY!! Companies that try to automate everything amd erase all humans from customer service are destined to failure, as is Paypal.Forget about trying to contact the company - mgmt is only interested in making money and providing subpar service. GO ELSEWHERE.

Removing Classic invoicing and replacing with a terribly inefficient and clunky version while ignoring literally tens of thousands of users that have complained about the new version. Less functionality for more cost. Terrible terrible user experience - a fall from grace for sure... bye bye xero after 15 years of use.

Had the 6-month trial for a Pound. Tried to cancel a few days after signing up, they told me I had to wait until the month before the end date in order to be able to cancel. Unitl now, I only knew of deadlines for cancellations, not of too early cancellations. Now needed to send them two emails until they finally confirmed the cancellation (had to write "Please confirm"). Have also cancelled the payment throgh PayPal. It's a scam and not worth the effort, can't recommend them to anyone.

Gave me an amazing website, and Great Service too!I get compliments all the time on my website. Also, I accidentally set up a duplicate one and was being billed for it. A full YEAR later, I realized my mistake, and they refunded all charges going back a year. Great job!

Order ruined, spilled all over my clothing and the ground. Despite the entire order being ruined, the app offered only ~20% refund, and 2 customer service agents intentionally hung up on me when I called to request a refund in full.

I called customer service and ask them about a sale item online and from the time I opened the app (NOT ON SALE). The customer care person explained that prices change from time to time, I said in 3 seconds? She said yes I call BS....and hung up. THATS CALLED BAITING BB&B! I will pay more from anyone else before I buy from you again! I DON'T TRUST YOU NOW.....

Horrible!!! I'm still waiting on a refund that's taking almost two weeks to come. I should have looked at the reviews before making a purchase. They lost my item and they were not going to let me know anything. I had to complain about ups not receiving the item which it says it on the ups website. Newegg swore it was because the updates on the website is slow. A label was already created and it shipped....well two weeks later it still said the same thing. The rep asked if I wanted a refund or to replace it. Well, I didn't get chance to reply due to me working the following day I spoke to another rep. She stated she can put in a request for an investigation to be complete. I advised her there is no need for a process of investigation to complete, which will take roughly 7-10 days to complete. So, I asked for a full refund. She said something that really did not make any type of sense...so I had to clarify, that they were sending me a refund. She said it'll take 3 to 7 days for it to be refunded. It's been 4 days so I'm still waiting.Last night/This morning I wrote a review on their website...similar to this one. Well, I go back on the website to speak another rep about my refund...(I check in everyday because no one has $700 to throw away) and the the review was gone and they changed it from one star to 5 stars....crazy...I will never, ever, ever do business with them!! Don't be like me and not read the reviews because you see the awesome prices. Yeah, they have awesome prices however, you risk not getting your item, item coming broken and a wrong item....good luck trying to get your money back.Buying cheap ain't always the best way...

Scam operator. BEWARE. Do not buy from this company. Do so at your own peril.I purchased a desktop from Lenovo Canada two weeks ago. It was not delivered on the due date. I contacted them. They couldn't tell me when the order would be shipped. I then cancelled the order. I then got an email from Lenovo telling the the order was in fact shipped and they gave me a UPS tracking number. The tracking number was fake. It referred to an order that was shipped by Lenovo before I had even made my order and that it was being returned to Lenovo because there was no one at the ship to address.COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM OPERATOR.
