I don’t have the time to disputed unnecessary claims to my business so their reviews are based on bias opinions for my business. Some of wish have never even done business with us. I bought a pair of earrings some months ago in the Copenhagen store. After some uses, the color started to fade out. Went back to the store and they cleaned it with their cleaning product. It didn’t last a couple of days that the coloque went wrong again. I sent an email to customer service to explain the experience and they said that they don’t have returned policies for silver products “since it’s common” and you can clean them. Never again in my life I’ll buy again in Pandora. Poor quality, high prices, terrible customer service.

The English-speaking customer service hangs up after a 15-min waiting if you ask whether they could help you in English. Not even considering replying in Spanish, the customer support agent simply hangs up the call. Really frustrating!

Warning...Today on Enterpise drive Tuggerah bo station a very strange thing ... we filled up 3 x 20 litre canisters which when I went to school adds up to 60 litres.NO THE SCREEN ON THE BOWSER READ 71 LITRES....NOW THAT 11 LITRES INCORRECTLY RECORED . EVEN IF THE CANISTERS HELD AN ADDITIONAL 3 LITRES THATS 66 LITRES STILL 5 LITRES MISREAD...IF OUR EXPERIENCE IS CORRECT THEN LOTS OF CUSTOMERS ARE BEING CHEATED.....LOVE TO SEE WHEN AND HOW THESE BOWSERS ARE BEING CALIBRATED.
