Lost my luggage with my medication, severe ineptitude for handling the situation. No accommodations for flight delays (no hotel or shuttle service provided while waiting 15 hours to next flight possibility. No sincerity or concern to remedy situations. Heard a Multitude of excuses for delayed flights “weather conditions, pilot called out, broken plane.” SLC also overcharges you when you eat at the restaurants apparently. Thanks for turning a 5 hour trip into a 24 hour trip, and taking 0 accountability for it.

Review of squarespace
I'm trying to create a site I started over a year ago but never finished. The Squarespace site itself is poorly designed and unintuitive. The templates have almost no explanation on their functionality, which makes selecting one a nightmare. They're also geared toward a visual experience rather than copy and have an overall homogenous look and feel.Chat help for template selection was useless and just kept sending me article links. I finally chose a template in 7.1 but couldn't use it because I'd originally started in 7.0 . The reply I got back from my email to support—in which I requested they *please* not send me a bunch of links to their articles—said I couldn't switch but could open a new trial account. And included a bunch of links. What does that even mean—I'm stuck permanently with 7.0?I'm so frustrated with Squarespace. Ninety percent of their support is driving you to their articles. Is the money they save from offering real customer help worth the frustration and negative reviews?I can't wait for my year to be up so I can switch hosts. Wix is looking mighty good right about now!

Review of zoom
I use Zoom for the majority of my online meetings. The feature that really frustrated me is that it is difficult to get Closed Captioning. The meeting host has to elect to use it before the sessions begins, so if you join in later and ask for them they can't just be turned on. This is well behind the tech of Microsoft Teams which just allows the user to toggle them on personally.

Review of patreon
This is a propaganda channel - they ban people who state opinions that the Patreon management don't agree with. There are also some very dangerous issues - allow illegal underage material and when their security team tried to clamp down on it they all got fired.
Review of lenovo
Instead of the advertised 6-9 days delivery, after multiple delays the computer ordered on 19th January 2024 finally arrived 9th February 2024.Except it had a non-functioning keyboard and no mouse dongle (thus rendering it incomplete and inoperable).Despite confirming these would be immediately returned, Lenovo insisted on their return before dispatching replacements. This would potentially adding another 10-14 days before I had new a functioning computer. With such shoddy service it was decided to return the complete unit in favour of my buying from another manufacturer.Although the unit is boxed and ready to return, Lenovo claimed it would take 3-5 days for them to e-mail out a returns label and the refund could take up to a fortnight - yet more shoddy service.Lenovo eventually provide a response to my e-mail complaints claiming it could take over a month before I received my refund (remember it originally promised to supply and deliver in 6-9 days).Lenovo have now been given a reasonable deadline before the transaction is placed into dispute with my Credit Card provider.Despite having used Lenovo products for the last two decades, I would never use them again.

Review of expressvpn
My favorite VPN By far! The options for locations is impressive and the speed was great. My only issue was with the VPN causing stuttering and lag here and there during my online gaming. The support staff are nothing but kind and courteous (thank you again so much, Marcie)!
