Games are fun, but my problem isn't in the game department it is in the linking account department and the customer service department. I have been emailing EA customer service to get my Xbox account linked properly to the EA account I already have and it wouldn't let me all. You should be able to disconnect an account and connect a different account to your profile but you can't due to the one profile in a lifetime. which is why I don't play EA games on my Xbox and only play sims on my laptop. then there is the problem with emailing/calling customer service for help and their solution is to rebuy everything. They also sometimes don't answer the phone.

Not thrilled with this experience. I went to Shutterstock to buy a few stock images, and then noticed that they also had an AI art generator. I fiddled around with it, and downloaded a few images, like I would from other AI generators on other websites - but they charged me for each download and the automatic "auto-renew" feature was switched on - so they kept charging me 3 times. Their site is purposefully vague and their invoicing system is also. I did manage to get them to agree to a full refund, so for that I am thankful - but I had to jump through several hoops to get there. This site has some great content - but Buyer Beware - be careful and make sure you know what you're signing up for when you buy something.
