This company is a worst company i ever saw. Both products FIFA and NHL are completly broken. Network code not working fine and all players has input delays and speed lag time to time. The number of known bugs in unplayable products are awesome - nobody care.For example, EA continue selling packs with icons for FIFA points and not fixing their products. They try to shut your mouth with bans at suport forum by the way of finding any resaon to do that. They ban people on a forums for explaining how they games working bad. You can recieve ban on 7 days even if you describe moderators job to another customner by post message. If you pay money to EA you recieve broken game and have no rights. Think twice before buying something from EA - it's always trash with bad support service.

Ico take the word of the company without any proof In my case a letting agent is refusing a sar request as he says the signature doesn't match the one on the tenancy but will let me have it for £75 The ico has not asked me or the company for a copy of the signatures and have said nope not doing a thing

The Goodfellows Arms in Harpenden is the most unfriendly bar I've ever been in. The bar staff were rude & made me feel very unwelcome. I would not recommend this place if it was the only bar left in the village, there's no wonder it was quiet.

I cancelled our subscription for paper copies of the Telegraph and bought plus paid for a one year subscription to the online version.I was debited with £82.37 a month later for the paper copies which should have been cancelled.When I phoned them they agreed that it was there error and would put it forward for a manger to approve the refund.Three days later I chased them up to see when my refund would go through as my account could get overdrawn.Apparently the information had not been passed to a Manager. They would do it and a refund would be given in about a weeks time.I asked to speak to someone more senior. She said it would be put forward and that would take three or four days. I asked for a one day payment after all it was their error.She later sent an email saying it would be in 24 or 48 hrs.No refund yet.

Customer service is beyond non existence. The worse thieves you can come across are Spotify. My account got debited twice in a month. Tried communicating with these thieves for an explanation but no response. Wasn’t surprised. Cancelled my subscription the day after my account was debited and I should have access to Spotify for a whole month. Oh no, not with these thieves. Even though you pay in advance. Never again with Spotify. I will go back to youtube music or try apple. I cannot stand people who have no ethics.

I have an extremely annoying high pitched whine that occurs when the TV is in game mode using my Xbox XS. I reported it to Samsung in February (under warranty) and had a tech come three different times. First time he replaced the mother board (didn't work), second time replaced the power supply (didn't work), third time replaced the display. After replacing the display, the noise had gone away. I don't play the Xbox often (I won it) and when I turned it on 7 months later, the noise was back. I called again and they informed me it was out of warranty but after explaining it was the same issue, they had a tech come at no charge. The tech replaced the motherboard again and it still made the noise. Samsung issued an exchange number and called me to inform me I would only a prorated amount as a refund ($500 less than I paid 14 months ago). I escalated it to the "Office of the President" and Milargos still refused to refund the full amount even though I reported the problem during my warranty period and it still had not been fixed. I am extremely frustrated since it is a major hassle to take down and put up the TV since I can not do it myself. So now I must figure out how to get it down, then they pick it up, I only get a partial refund, and I have to buy and mount a new TV. It blows my mind they are willing to loose a loyal customer over $500. They do not honor their warranty.

1. Ordered laptop from Samsung in May 2022 for next-day delivery.2. Immediately got a mail from Samsung telling me that the item would only be available for delivery in 3 weeks from the date of order.3. Went online and cancelled the order.4. Called Samsung to confirm that the order had been cancelled.5. Went back to the site a couple of days later, and saw that the item was again available for next-day delivery, so reordered.6. Two laptops arrived, along with junk freebies (2 "smart" tags,1drive and 1 case).7. Returned laptop and tag at a drop-off centre, as advised.8. Noticed a few weeks later that Paypal still showed the item as not being refunded.9. Raised a ticket with Paypal to get the refund processed.10. Samsung rejected the claim. Why? because a smart tag had not been received on their end.11. 5 months later, and I'm still trying to get them to process the refund for an item they should never have sent me in the first instance.12. Out of sheer frustration, I've offered to go out and buy a smart tag to send to them or for them to deduct the cost of the tag from the refund. No joy.13. Have now spent hours on the phone with the "support" teams, who all say exactly the same thing, both on calls and in email trails - send them the smart tag.14. Here's the twist, I can't send them just any smart tag, it has to be the one they sent me, which is the one I sent back to them 5 months ago.So, in summary, they sent me an order I'd already cancelled, which I have returned to them (of which I have supplied evidence via the delivery tracking number they gave me), and now am out of pocket for a laptop I don't have because of a smart tag I also don't have.Feel free to reach out to me Samsung.

I wish I can not give Samsung any stars but it won't let me. SAMSUNG APPLIANCES SUCKS. I bought a front load washer a year ago and the drum is unbalanced and can't be repaired. Samsung sold me a manufacture defect product refuse to replace it cause they're saying it's out of warranty. Will only prorated it. They gave me one price and three days later called again saying they made a mistake and reduced the payout. Never ever am I going to purchase samsung appliances ever again. I never had an issue with my LG appliances. If anyone is thinking of purchasing Samsung DONT unreliable machine for prices so expensive

Visited Moseley Old Hall, Wolverhampton. Took the one-hour guided tour. Was not disappointed. Kevin, the tour guide, was exceptionally informative and had a great repartee with all. Even after the tour had finished, he offered more information. What a great advert for the National Trust. All staff, including reception and cafe were amenable. Garden well laid out. Ample parking, even for a motorhome - yes, the approach is down a narrow lane, but Google Earth showed that! We have been to many NT properties and always enjoyed the experiences.

Worse experience ever I requested a Lyft a hour befor I clock in to work. They find a new driver for me about 5 to 6 times they canceled and still has the never to say that they got a driver for me about 1 minute away. Uber may be more expensive but at least the drivers show up when they say they are. All bad Lyft this happens almost every other day my job is only 20 minutes away from my house.

Great source of jobs, but poorly-made app. The home page is really weird-looking, and app loading times are most of the times slow even with very fast internet. And a lot of features require premium membership, almost no useful thing can be done as a free user.Edit: after reading the reviews from other users, I am glad I never tried the 3 months free trial or even bought the premium membership during my job hunting.
