tried to buy a used cymbal. got told they cant sell it because of some stolen merchandise law that has to sit there for one week. So I said, can you please hold the item for me and I was told to pay in full the timeframe that I needed the symbol was the next day and wasn't able to come back so now I'm without the symbol that I wanted to buy wasted my entire trip there after seeing the symbol online. I don't think they should be displaying it if they can't sell it why don't you just hold it for the week and then display it that's not fair and it's poor customer service I won't be returning again. I have been a customer of AWS since 2014.Now, my glass is completly full, and I have to write this review.I'll just give you this one example of thousands I won't list here.I bought some 8 - 9 RIs, all partial upfront, like... 4 - 5 months ago.Now it turns out my client is going away, and I don't use that region anymore.Mind you, I had RIs with AWS for almost 10 years now.After these 10 years, I ONCE request AWS to cancel those RIs, because I'm not using that region anymore.Even though I do agree that they can't be cancelled, I figured, I'm losing money anyway selling them for free, (which by the way I tried and they didn't get advertised, since allegedly nobody wanted an m5a.xlarge for FREE for 5 months)But they came back saying: "yes, in some cases we do make an exception, but it'll take us 20 - 40 days to do this".Well in 40 days the RIs will just expire off their own free will... And this is to show, that their support is along these llines at all times, with ANY issue. Even if it's them restarting my VPS instances at random times, etc... It's basically NO support whatsoever. Just someone telling you to rest assured, that someone will sleep on this for 2 months, and let you know of the outcome that is NOT favorable to you anyway.And did I mention that they now charge for IPs? (and it's not a small fee either when you have 100+ instances...)What an unprofessional thing to do... I mean... wait until people have a lot of IPs and then add a charge like this?This is scraping to the bottom of the barrell for some extra cash. It's obvious they're not doing all that great anymore.Did I mention the bandwidth charges too? The SSD disk charges? Then, I wonder... just WHAT is the Instance cost for?!Anyway... one of the biggest companies, will surely bite the dust if they keep treating their customers as their own private slaves.

They force you to disconnect service and then harass you with call centers across the globe. Other companies involved . Avoidance tactic . Brand loyalty . Globally acclaimed for spreading hate. Although they had to do was generate a bill on time and not blame the customer for it . Global local goons involved.

This is my first time writing a review for this company, and I'm currently writing it whilst waiting for customer support to get back to me, so you already know this is off to a bad start.This printer was purchased by a member of my family a couple years ago, the printer has been working fine up until now (November 2024) when suddenly I started having problems with it just, simply not printing, and not giving me an error code for it either. I up until this point, have never used the HP smart app, but I downloaded it to try my luck and see if I could fix the printer myself before getting help from customer support.HP Smart can't diagnose the issue, and it can't even print a report of the printer. I have tried multiple times turning it off and on and leaving it turned off for almost a full day hoping it resets it somehow. To no avail, it still isn't printing anything. Nothing from my pc, nothing from my phone, nothing anywhere. So alas I use the last resort and I am still somewhat hopeful to get into contact with customer support, and get my printer fixed. I sit in a chat with an AI bot that is so unhelpful, constantly repeating the same thing over and over, and not understanding my question. Then, I try the Whatsapp customer support on Saturday (16/11/24) where the AI chat bot crashes, and is unable to connect me to an actual person. So today I try again, because I still need my printer fixed.I started the conversation again with an AI chat bot, which takes approximately almost an hour to connect me to an actual person. Once I'm finally connected to an actual person, each reply takes about 5 minutes or so, which I can deal with, but then the reply time keeps going up, and now I've been waiting 20 or so minutes for a reply, and have had this "chat" going on for almost 2 hours at this point. I now have pretty much zero hope of getting my printer fixed, which has been so reliable to me over the years, but because of one silly issue, and horrible customer support, it looks like I'll unfortunately have to spend quite a bit more money just so I can print again. HP, please fix your stuff.

Didn't notify me that my subscription was renewing back in 2020, so I've been paying for a year without even realizing it.... Immediately canceled when I found out, but the money I paid last year is obviously gone. Since I didn't even know I was subscribed, I obviously didn't read the paper and literally just wasted around 1300 hkd (a bit less than 200 bucks)... thanks for nothing FT! P.s. I think it's required by law that companies inform customers of their subscriptions BEFORE it's time to renew, which FT failed to do last year... so there's that......
