You cannot even write to them or even try to explain what the scams are as there is not way to contact or communicate with them. They are helping scammers to put people in vulnerable positions without any due care. If facebook won't monitor themselves. Then what organisation's or governing bodies are monitoring them? If anyone else is wanting to report facebook themselves. You can achieve this like I am through. The information commissioners office. This will be the 2nd time I have returned an item to Amazon and received no refund, the first time they claimed they never received the item even though I had proof, this time they’ve sent an email saying no refund as the item was an additional item sent in error. Their return process is awful, I feel like I’m being ripped off.

A company least bothered about there customer, very good at delaying the resolution, highly unprofessional and unethical support team including the supervisor and the next lever escalation team but they have a very good training team who trains everyone well on how to disconnect the call and even the the supervisors and guyz from the esclation team are very good in disconnectiong the line and not having the courtesy even to give a call back.I think the highest level of management should look upon the hiring tem to replace the existing manpower with a decent, skilled and quaity manpower if you really want to survive in this competetive enviornment.

Kroger has a really bad process for signing on. You have to connect with google and install a google ad blocker. Walmart sign-on is a breeze. I spent three hours trying to sign on to buy groceries and never could get signed on. Krogers is losing money and doesn't realize they are bleeding dollars.
