I order from Amazon frequently and it is a seamless process. They outshine WalMart by a million miles when it comes to their website order process and delivery. Most people only review when there's a problem. Look at the small # of complaints on this site compared to the volume of business they do. My only issue is I would like to get text updates on shipments. I have phoned customer service and there is never a satisfactory solution. Hopefully IT can assist with this in the future.

I am so impressed the way Benjamin helped so quickly at such a late hour, and with things that he really didn't have to help me with. I am so confused how to update DNS and all of that garbage that even the simple tasks are overwhelming. He helped me every step of the way and didn't make me feel like a complete goofas by asking so many questions. He even helped proof my host record entries to make sure everything was perfect. Awful - I have used the same password for 5 years all for it one day to tell me it has locked me out, it has all of my old information on there as security reasons which I just updated, it keeps rejecting me when I am giving loads of information - I have really important information on there - You can't talk to humans unless you dial and click on the wrong options which when I finally did get through to a man he rudely hung up on me????!!! I feel as though this happens every 5 years or so it will let me login normally then one day the software messes up and locks me out?? SORT IT OUT

Whilst a relatively good system, their customer service is woeful and their subscription a complete scam. If you pay in advance for a year any other company would treat you better than monthly subscription. Yet these clowns don’t. Try to increase your seats and they will fall all over themselves to do so - charging you a proportionate balance of the residual term. Fair enough.Yet try to reduce the number of seats and they quote contractual terms and say no refund possible. Total scam

They keep pushing their paid plans and go cold feet when they know we only need the number for free.It looks like google and apple are in collusion with this org and making it super difficult for occasional developers to retain their accounts.

I’ve tried out a bunch of anime databases, and MyAnimeList is hands‑down my least favorite. Sure, it has a huge catalog, but the community can get pretty weird and the site’s organization and admin work really need an upgrade. It’s not a terrible site—it does the job—but there are plenty of other options now that are more user‑friendly, better moderated, and just feel nicer overall.

Waste of my time, filled in details for active lives survey, after which they are supposed to send £5 gift voucher for doing so, I will now check on trust pilot before I fill in any others, did they send gift voucher ? NO, don't fill in any information on their site,looks like a con to get your information and sell it to government departments, should be stopped from doing this by government, as it's fraudulent use of your information, having waited for a reply from them and getting NONE, I would now advise everyone Not to fill any surveys in for them, you certainly won't receive a gift voucher off of them.

Was super nervous to go to a new hairdresser but Fabi right away put me at ease with her knowledge of hair and color. I’m weird about how I like my hair and she nailed it, she took time to go through my hair and suggested products for me. She is amazing and my new go to girl.
