What an absolute abomination their customer support is. I‘ve been using Crypto.com since 2020 and I‘ve had no issues until I got locked out of my account because I was trying to log in from a different country. I contacted their customer support to try and get the issue resolved. I got connected to one of their „Specialists“ who are NOT specialists at all. They first said it was a problem with the one time password (I don’t have one time password active) but I went along anyway since I thought the must know. It took them TREE days to deactivate the OTP and it didn’t fix the issue. They then said it was cause I wasn’t using the passkey feature on IOS I did that and it still didn’t work. I then sent them another screen recording of the error and they then said it was cause I was using an outdated email link to verify my login (I wasn’t). At this point it has been FIVE DAYS since I contacted their support. I gave up at this point. I‘m switching to a different exchange and I don’t recommend anyone uses Crypto.com. Its great until you have an issue and their customer support won’t help you in any way. They will just throw random reasons at you as to why something doesn’t work but these supposed „Specialists“ have absolutely no idea, some of them can’t even type a sentence without grammatical errors. Laughable.

It was a great experience. The support was just what I needed, she understood where I was having the problem. I am an older person who is not so tech savvy and Ana was so patient with me! It felt so good to be able to get the problem solved. I would definitely recommend MailerLite.

This platform is the worst. The software became glitchy, and there's no one to call or email for help.If I format a section, and then go back and change something--ANYTHING-- all the formatting reverts. So, if I've changed the text color but then put something in italics, it reverts to the original color.If I add a single word, it reverts to the original color (and loses the italics).Sometimes, the spacing between the lines bunches up for NO REASON and I have to use "command Z" and start all over again.The padding used to work fine, but now all it does is move the toolbar up and down (with options for B, I, color, etc); it has NO effect on the box and its distance from the section above or below.I realize I need to be a paid client to get support, but why in this world--or any other--would I pay for a program that is such a mess? And why would they market a free version for beginners if it’s so poorly managed?I spend 90% of my time redoing what I've already done.I tried going to their Facebook group, but it’s full of scammers (by their own admission).Apparently, I need to pay for an email marketing program, but it sure won't be MailerLite.I have been trying to get help with this for 2 months now.

If you thought their ads were obnoxious before, they are now 1000 times worse. I'll never watch a second of an ad on any streamer. But if the promo price is low enough, I'll sign up because there was always a way to avoid the ads. Put the tv on mute. Play a show/film. Fast forward to the ad breaks. Do something else while they play and once they're all finished rewind to the beginning. They won't play again and everyone is happy. Streamer gets their ad revenue and I watch something without annoying ads. Granted I had to waste about 10 minutes to do so, but life isn't always perfect. But no more, as Disney and Hulu have become the only high end streamer (that I am aware of) that will now replay ads the second after the just played if you rewind. That is the crap the bottom feeder, free services like Pluto and Crackle pull. So adios Disney/Hulu. Promo price or not. Any of the other high end streamers that have any designs on following suit with this weasel move and it will be adios to you as well. As you're all so desperate to gain subs, it might be a good idea not to do things to infuriate them.

Felt bad for not going into these review/comment sites before doing business with them. A/C unit advertised for $159, about the same with other competitors, but they lured you into opening either a WF or CitiWayfair MC to give you $40 off for any purchase over $100. When I got the statement, it was $173, without mentioning the $40 off. Called CitiWayfair MC, they told me that's the final price +tax, with the discount and $40 taking into consideration! I told them they'll receive the payment and the chopped up credit card!Buyers beware of their so called"discount prices", they can change any moment as they please! Customer service will at best apologize and tell you nothing they can do.

Went to this garage for a service, oil change, battery check, 4 new tires, new brake pads on the front etc. etc. After one day the battery was flat out, so back for a new battery. Two days later when i was cleaning my car it seems they forgot to put my battery cap back again, was still in the garage. One week later it seems they had mounted my heat shield completely the wrong way! And as a bonus today i went for a new ITV certificate and it appears they forgot to put a bolt back in again on my front Wheel. I think that the mechanic is using drugs, they will never, ever see me again in this really shit garage, even a simpel sorry was impossible.

I was waiting for an answer on an offer that I submitted…. In the meantime the item that I was interested in sold from underneath my offer for $1 more than mine. I’m really not complaining over a few dollars, but when I’m in the middle of a negotiation, I except an answer before it’s snatched from me. I at least want the opportunity to raise my offer first…..Come on man

Poor delivery rate, arrogant and time-wasting support agents, and their never-ending excuses on why there are so many issues with the site and its performance. I am pretty patient in most cases but having to delay my business all for the fault of Mailchimp not being able to get their act together and their issues sorted out in a timely manner makes me so frustrated and annoyed. I am glad that at least I did not get too invested in this platform as it would have been a gateway to hell to move all my data from them to somewhere else. I could probably thank God himself for showing me sender.net in my google search. They had a quick way to import my whole database from Mailchimp directly to their platform with no hassle. I had some questions about the way their platform works but to my pleasant surprise the support team at sender.net was more than happy to guide me step by step on how to get everything set up. Sender.net is a definite threat to Mailchimp, I already see their customers packing and moving to sender.net. Mailchimp, you should step up your game.

Etsy I love it but I brought ceilings light from Slovakia cost £164.99 plus £58 for delivery I don’t mind but I realise my goods in UK to hold!!! They send me letter from parcel charge me another £46!!!! Ah those tax and vat I wasn’t pleased those company have hide charges so why not to be open! That new fashion business they know what they do!
