I have returned 2 headsets back in January and since them I'm trying to get refund that despite multiple emails exchange Logitec only make excuses and haven't pay me back. It is over £200, I keep chasing them and last 2 email I have no response. Very disappointed with the customer service. Be Aware!
Review of ulta
I went to the Mesquite Ulta to return a DYSON straightener and they would not refund me it was never used said I had to ship it to ups also they were rude, managers were rude and I will never shop in that store EVER AGAIN!!! They all should have been fired! I went to a Ulta off Park Lane they were awesome credited my card no problem returning the DYSON straightener. Never go to Ulta Mesquite horrific service and rude!!!

Where do you start with Telstra? Over three months with intermittent internet. 7 hours in total with their chat lines and problems still not resolved, engineers who claim they have "tried to contact" you when there are no missed calls on your phone. Waiting home for days at a time for engineers who never turn up. Getting simultaneous calls from two separate people in their "complaints" department. One says they can call an engineer another says they can't call one. Telstra is an inefficient monopoly that crushes its clients into despair. I wept after the last 3 hour chat session with "Santosh" which resulted in no resolution.
