A constant runaround every time. I call in. I have been trying to change my bank account for months and it has been nothing but a bunch of BS. Now they want to charge me for the remainder of my lease and I am once again on hold while I am writing this review. So if they do not allow me to return the equipment with no charge I'm going to sue them in small claims court for the max which is $5000.

ChatGPT isn’t the worst—it can help with really basic stuff and provide answers to questions I could just as easily Google myself. But it’s definitely not great. It feels like it’s getting stupider day by day.Things like calculations should be performed flawlessly, yet I’ve received numerous incorrect answers instead. Given the number of disappointments, and the fact that I pay monthly for a premium account, I’m giving it two stars, which I'm sure is fully deserved.

I purchased a Seagate product from Curry's as a place to store videos and photos for a project - thinking Seagate was a decent brand. Less than a year of owning the device, it stopped responding entirely. I went to a few local tech shops for some advice, with all saying the data is likely to be recoverable, but it will require a clean room/lab.I checked and my device was under warranty so, after getting in touch with Seagate, I sent it Seagate's lab in the Netherlands. Then after 5 weeks, I was told that all my photos and videos were not recoverable. I was informed I would be contacted to explain why and sent a new device - neither of which happened.I've since been in touch twice after months of no contact asking for further justification as to why the product was faulty, why my data wasn't recoverable and why I haven't received a replacement. I still have had no response.Terrible service. Terrible quality. Avoid.

Friendly upfront; useless in the end. They try to end the chat asap with as little effort as possible. They simply copy/paste troubleshooting methods that are already in the faqs and call it a day. Probably one of the worst customer services I’ve had to deal with ever. If all their reps are like that, good luck getting anything resolved. As a company with a reputation, they should be ashamed.

I started using WordPress for the first time a couple weeks ago, changed some settings in the dashboard and screwed myself up pretty bad.I submitted a ticket to DreamHost for assistance, explaining what I did in detail, and Diego was able to help me undo it, getting me back to a place where I could figure out the rest on my own. There were a few back-and-forth messages, as it was late at night & I didn't want to use the chat feature. Overall, I'm very happy they were able to assist and restore access to my saved pages.

I have been a faithful Barnes & Noble customer for at least thirty years. The reason? They always have books I am looking for and make recommendations for books I didn't know I was looking for. When I visit the stores, I have consistently received good service. When ordering on-line I have never had an issue. I try to frequent small local bookstores for specialty items when appropriate, but I want B & N to remain there for me so I keep buying from them.

I had a paid zoom account for approx 7 years then I let it lapse.I rejoined zoom (with another email address) at great expense with an annual payment - this was 3 months ago and I have not been able to access my account since. When I try to get support I am told that my account does not allow me to speak to someone. I keep being sent in the same circle to access support. I need to speak to someone to sort this out. I am in tears of frustration with the total lack of support. On top of this I cannot cancel my subscription. Zoom has become a total scam.

Placed an order and paid for 2 day shipping, when the product didn't arrive I contacted them. I was told that once the item was delivered to contact them again and they would refund the difference. Product arrived after 6 days and when I contacted them again they refused to honor the refund because they said it had been delayed due to severe weather, which it was 1 city away (a little over an hour) @ 12:30 am and no bad weather that day. So basically all they have to do is claim bad weather to not do the right thing.
