I purchased tickets for a Gatsby party on the Godfrey hotel rooftop in Chicago, which was scheduled for April 28th. The party was cancelled and they never sent a cancellation note. I called the hotel just becouse it started snowing outside and they gave me a phone# 773 322-23XX. The Eventbrite associate called me eventually back and said that the money will be returned, however things haven't budged an inch. I had to open a dispute with my cr card.

company is terrible at customer support and leaves there clients high and dry. Will never buy another game from them. Watch out if someone hacks your account because you will be perma banned for it even if you change your password and add second authentication to the account. Glad to know they are so forgiving (sarcasm here). What a bunch of crooks
