It all sounds good and friendly but they don't tell you that if you link your PayPal account, you will be charged for all the transactions. They take their cut which is fair, but also PayPal charges you. This should be informed in the FAQ section.

Booked a place about 2 months before the time and got it canceled by the property owner 3 days before the trip itself. I wanted to warn other guests about that last minute cancelation but I can't even leave a rating/review/feedback because it got canceled. Chatted with Vrbo customer service and they say that there's nothing they can do about it. That I can't leave any review because it got caneled. So now that listing will be back online in a few days / week and that owner can still cancel at the last minute without any penalty except that it will affect their rating (been told by customer service.... How will the rating will be affected since I can't even leave a rating or review?)? By looking at other reviews for that listing, it looks like it happened a few times before so it's a repeating problem yet Vrbo won't do a thing about such a listing that bring them bad publicity. Had to go to the stress and problem of finding myself a new palce at the last minute,.. with the prices higher than when I've orinigally booked of course!

I have just returned from a month's stay at a villa booked through vrbo. At the time of booking I took out Accidental Damage insurance, which I have a receipt for but no policy number or details. My daughter accidentally damaged a chest of drawers. I received an email informing me a new charge of £165 was added to my stay by the host for the damage and would be charged to my credit card. I spent 40 minutes on the phone to Vrbo customer services, they contacted the host who asked them to help with the claim as she had no details of the policy or even the company it was with. They put the phone down on her. They then came back on the phone to me and told me she the host not go through the insurance to make a claim. When I sought clarification re whether Vrbo would process the new charge, which they shouldn't as I had purchased accidental cover from them, she slammed the phone down on me.

This is our Fantasy Leagues 10th yr, and the past 4 have been frustrating at best. Both the NFL.com desktop version and the NFL.co App crash constantly. Right now, opening weekend, and the Fantasy website has been locked up and now says "Performing Maintenance" on a Sunday afternoon for two hrs. Over the past 3-4yrs, over 1/4 of weekend, there is some issue that causes one or both sights to have issues.We will be looking at other options for our Fantasy League next season, If you already have a NFL.com league you know, if you are thinking they would be the best....Run Away....!!!

I had a bad experience with this store being that I did ordered a book on Tuesday January 10,2023 the person who I did talk with said that they would help me to this book, jesus in art and literature by Pierre Marie demont it would be seven days until the book comes in: well this is the seven day ! guess what I learned from the woman at this Barnes and noble store, who i talked with she told me this she never heard of this book ! So the person who i talked with never ordered this book, jesus in art and literature by Pierre Marie demont i learned that the time i ordered to get this book was a waste of time !i am very unhappy with this experience and very disappointed with this store and i was looking forward to getting this book how very disappointing this is!I waited all this time and they never ordered the book if you want this book jesus in art and literature by Pierre Marie demont order directly from where this book comes from magnificent.net!from this experience i learned if this is how someone like this treats customers like me in this way,so I'm never going to order any book from these people again!!
