Booked a place about 2 months before the time and got it canceled by the property owner 3 days before the trip itself. I wanted to warn other guests about that last minute cancelation but I can't even leave a rating/review/feedback because it got canceled. Chatted with Vrbo customer service and they say that there's nothing they can do about it. That I can't leave any review because it got caneled. So now that listing will be back online in a few days / week and that owner can still cancel at the last minute without any penalty except that it will affect their rating (been told by customer service.... How will the rating will be affected since I can't even leave a rating or review?)? By looking at other reviews for that listing, it looks like it happened a few times before so it's a repeating problem yet Vrbo won't do a thing about such a listing that bring them bad publicity. Had to go to the stress and problem of finding myself a new palce at the last minute,.. with the prices higher than when I've orinigally booked of course!
