Review of lego
Lego constantly took down my review for the latest Disney castle release. My review was the following:Be very cautious of your expectations regarding the quality of this product - you deserve to get your money's worth. For $600 I expected a lot more care put into this set. While it is indeed beautiful and imaginative, my experience was spoiled by the amount of damage I found. All printed pieces, majority of the minifigures, and certain plain bricks showed deep scratches and dents; in addition to this, I had small parts missing which I had to replace myself by tearing apart other sets I own to finish the build. For the parts I could not replaced, I reached out to customer service for a replacement part order. I attached photos to an email explaining my experience; the first email was very unspecific as to how my order would proceed; after following up I was told in a second email that my order was mistakenly deleted and would be reinstated; after following up again my order had been forgotten and still needed to be reinstated; I finally had to call Lego to confirm that the order was on its way. When the replacement parts arrived, while not necessarily damaged, there are printed elements with obvious printing imperfections. Where was the genuine care and effort behind helping one of your customers?Actually does hurt having spent $600 on my first ever big set to be spending my time hesitantly opening each bag to find something broken and worried as to how I'd get it all fixed.Having taken down my review, not reached out to me after doing so, as well as the lack of care from customer service has spoiled my enjoyment towards Lego. I've also noticed a great decline in quality with Lego, having given up on most Lego themes I once enjoyed because I've been experiencing similar issues in the recent years and the damage in sets is clearly escalating. In my previous review I expressed I'd be taking some time away from purchasing Lego, but after having them delete what I had to say despite not even reaching out to me has truly turned me off at this point.

Review of domestika
They charged me for Domestika Plus ($136 for a year) without me asking for it and without even having a free trial. JUST LIKE THAT. And by the way, they have no refund policy. Of course they do. It's a shame that these courses are being overshadowed by these scams.

Review of angel
I’ve invested in dozens of startups through AngelList over the years, but I am done. The user experience has been declining over the years since it became syndicate focused. The customer support is abysmal, they just take their cut of the deal and offer little support for the investors or improvement or features. There are alternatives that are better and cheaper now. Sad to see. Still , I want them to succeed as I’m an investor in the AngelList SPV.
Review of aaa
I signed up for peace of mind. However, AAA failed me TWICE this year and as a female who travels alone this was very disappointing. In March I was heading from Texas to Florida and had a flat tire. I called AAA immediately, they kept trying to get a service tech but none of their contracted technicians returned their call to come change my flat. I sat for over an hour, still no technician was assigned to come help me. Luckily, a man stopped and changed my tire for me. What a scary feeling when a gruff guy stops and approaches my vehicle. He was all I had and I was grateful he changed my tire and didn't harm me. Secondly, I was in Victoria, Texas (like middle of a city) in June and had a flat tire on a main street in 90 degree heat. I again called AAA immediately and awaited a call from a technician. Nothing! An officer stopped, protected me from being hit and changed my tire. A tech finally called after 1.25 hr :(

Review of Spotify
Spotify is awful. Unfortunately they're a pretty poor service, they don't stick to their offers (in this case the Ggle nest mini isn't even available on certain accounts, it's not even a case of 'While stocks last', it simply isn't available - this is in respect of the offer of the nest mini free with Premium currently). Contacting the help services is also impossible unless you use Twitter. I'm quite sure they are breaking customer returns rules. I cancelled within 10 mins and have still been charged and cannot speak to an actual person. I generally use YT music and it's been much better. This is the last time I try Sptyfy - they've essentially stolen £9.99 from me.
Review of dropbox
This is my second dropbox.com review. The first I wrote three years ago after my account details had been leaked twice (I know because I start receiving spam on the unique email accounts I use for Dropbox and that no one knows except Dropbox). Now my third account's data have been hacked. I really wish I didn't have to have (and renew) Dropbox accounts,. but other users sharing stuff forces me to keep using it. People, please, stop using Dropbox! It is a security black hole.
