They used to have great service good food but since the pandemic the service has all but stopped and they are always leaving off items or making orders wrong. You call them and they don't even care. We don't want anything free. We want it done correct after driving to pick it up for 20 mins.

Ordered on 17th, and heard nothing by 21st contacted support and requested a refund, I was told this would be done and received a ticket with the conversation on, 24th contacted them again and told no timeframe for orders to be processed when I stated I requested a refund, I was told there is no guarantee orders will be cancelled and refunded, under consumer law we are entitled to cancellation and refunds
