PATHETIC

Ordered on 17th, and heard nothing by 21st contacted support and requested a refund, I was told this would be done and received a ticket with the conversation on, 24th contacted them again and told no timeframe for orders to be processed when I stated I requested a refund, I was told there is no guarantee orders will be cancelled and refunded, under consumer law we are entitled to cancellation and refunds
