Avoid booking.com at all cost. They are giving over estimated ratings to a rent places in their app while in google reviews real persons raned those place very poorly. For example at booking com hotel is rated 7.8 and named GOOD, but in google reviews where real people writes its barely 3.1 and thats happening a lot.

Very very very disappointed in this service. Forever promising you shipping dates they just can't seem to fulfil. I asked for fewer deliveries and instead they send everything separate. Not good enough at all. Will take my business elsewhere and anyone reading this seriously take note unless you want to be left down money without your goods, stressed and depressed. Good day !!

I placed an order which was due to arrive today (Prime). I received an update in the morning estimating delivery between 1pm and 3pm. At around 2pm the tracker showed the item as 8 stops away. This continued until 'youre the next stop' and the driver was next to my address on the tracker. Then, inexplicably, the driver went elsewhere and the status changed to 'driver has other stops to make before yours'. For several hours I could check in and see the driver going all over town but in the opposite direction to my address. I contacted Amazon customer service who then took turns lying to me. Saying that a) it would DEFINITELY be delivered today. B) a tracking error had caused confusion. Tracking then stopped appearing. Come 10pm, status has changed to 'couldnt be delivered due to bad weather.' Weather here is fine and has been all day and in surrounding area. Useless, lying morons on customer service spouting pure nonsense after wasting my time causing me to be waiting for a parcel that apparently has been stolen by one of their trusted drivers. I really despise being lied to ALL DAY like this. I would much more appreciate if they said 'sorry, we don't know where the item is and it is unlikely to be delivered.' Total trash.

I made the grave mistake of buying a google pixel 8a! the fingerprint scanner gave up in a month! tried restarting, resetting, cursing, nothing worked! I finally contacted google support and after much haggling, they agreed to send a replacement. The replacement device was a refurb! I paid good money for a brand new phone! so why would I settle for a used device as a replacement! I contacted google again, spent 2 hours getting them to accept that what they did was dishonest and they agreed to raise another return label for the refurb that they sent and ship a brand new device as soon as they receive the original defective device. All this was agreed! I contacted them as soon as they sent a confirmation that they have received the device. I was told that the specialist team is investigating! Seems like they went back on their promise! now a clown at google support says i was sent a brand new device! the box the device came in, had REFURBISHED printed in bold on it!! he finally accepted he lied, not in so many words, and gave the same standard we are looking into it! Cheats and crooks are what google is!

DON'T TRUST IT. IT CRASHES, and I have LOST MY WORK 3 times now. It says it recovers, but it does not. Only brings back what's saved. Unless you can definitely remember to keep saving every 5 minutes when you get over one page of writing, you run the risk of it freezing and closing on you. I have just turned to google docs; nothing beats it. Don't waste your time and lose essays or projects honestly I'm gutted so so so so angry. Just stopped and closes. Just don't bother
