I’ve had repeated issues with the delivery service used by this marketplace. Despite providing a valid home address and being available during delivery hours, I never receive my orders at home. Instead, the delivery service consistently leaves a note in my mailbox claiming that a delivery attempt was made—when in reality, no one even rang the doorbell.This means I always have to pick up my parcels from a collection point, which defeats the purpose of home delivery. It’s frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I’ve paid for shipping expecting doorstep service.

Your colleagues told me this was because I could not order hard copies and ebooks in the same order. Which was obviously not true as I had already ordered 1 ebook and 1 hard copy. Beware! Your “free downloads” have watermarks all over the picture, unusable! They make you aware of this only after you give them your credit card info, email address etc. I cancelled my subscription right away and also wanted to unsubscribe from the emails but the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email doesn’t work either. Overall not a good experience and lost of time.

Avoid Aviod Avoid. Quiet possibly the worst customer care team iv ever had the misfortune too deal with. They basically marked items sold on my page that weren't and essentially locked me out of my page and I have been emailing them for assistance for a month and a half and have gotten nowhere. Given that they take 10% of everything you sell you'd think they would be more available too help but no . Not the case. Avoid this site if you want too keep your sanity!!!!

Intuitive and easy-to-navigate platform. The end product I received was higher quality than I expected. The only downside is their shipping takes seemingly forever. However; I'm not sure if that's Printful's issue or DHL. (I have issues with slow DHL delivery in the past with other vendors, so my bet is that it's DHL.) It would have been nice to have been sent an email notice when the package was delivered, too. Still, the customer service, quality, and platform were all wonderful.
