Smart shoppers are happy shoppers

You get what you pay for. There are many very good products on Temu.There service has been nothing short of brilliant with full refunds given twice when the courier delivered my parcels to who knows where.Not really Temus fault but they took full responsibility which is better service than ive had from other companies. Be smart, read sizing and descriptions thoroughly and you should be a happy camper. Oh and dont spend $1 expecting a top shelf product because thats just plain silly!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences shopping online with your company. I purchased an item that arrived missing a belt. When I attempted to return it, the warehouse refused to accept it, claiming the item was damaged. I felt completely deceived — you sent me a damaged item, and then blamed me when I tried to return it. How about checking the condition of the item before shipping it to the customer, instead of placing the responsibility on them when issues arise?When I called customer service, I was told I would not receive a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but the representative said they couldn’t transfer my call.Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had issues. I previously received a dress with a defective zipper. In another instance, I requested to exchange an item for a different size and was told I’d have to pay the price difference — even though the sizing issue was not my fault.These repeated problems with product quality and poor customer service are unacceptable. I expect better and hope that my concerns will be taken seriously and addressed properly.
