They have the worst customer support I've ever met. Be careful on subscribing to the annual plan because no matter what you choose, they will NOT cancel your plan. I've made sure to cancel the renewal before it ends. And got an email telling that it is cancelled. But after a month, they will send you and invoice telling you that you still subscribing to it and they will charge you for it. Your cc will still be charged, and you can still be able to download premium files even after you cancel the renewal. Now, what will happen if you contact the support? They offer you with no solution, instead of trying to find what's happening with the system, they will try their very best to find fault on you, they will check your activity, your account and trying to find some fault on your activity. and you will still need to pay for another year. You will never get refunded.

I ordered a Toro Timekeeper mower from TSC. My first experience and wow are they terrible. The mower arrived damaged because they failed to package it properly after assembly. The mower was dented, the decals ripper from rubbing against the metal pallet braces, and the seat was ripped. In addition, the grips on the zero-turn arms were slashed. This after spending more than $3K on the mower. The promised special interest rate on the fincnaing was never applied. Their loyalty program Neighbors Club never reflected my large purchase meaning I had no points applied. I contacted customer service by phone a half dozen times (long hold times and all). Then I switched to email. Still, no Neighbor's Club points. TSC is a disaster!
