In August of this year, I visited an AT&T store in Grand Junction, CO, to set up four new lines. While assisting me, the representative suggested I also consider switching my home internet to AT&T’s new 5G Wireless service, claiming it would be just as good as my current provider. I was assured that I could try the service risk-free for a week, and if I wasn’t satisfied, I could return the equipment without being charged.Shortly after receiving the equipment in the mail, I installed it and ran a speed test to compare it to my existing internet. The results were disappointing—the speed was not even half of what I was currently getting. I immediately packed up the AT&T equipment and sent it back the next day.Since my bill was on autopay, I assumed that returning the equipment would resolve everything. However, I later discovered that AT&T continued to charge me monthly even though they received the equipment—something a representative confirmed on the phone today (12/16/2024). When I asked for a refund, they told me I needed to have officially canceled the service either by phone or through the website, in addition to returning the equipment.To make matters worse, they claimed they could only issue a refund if I provided the UPS return receipt, despite already confirming they had received the equipment. They insisted this was company policy and that nothing could be done without it.This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better customer service and accountability from AT&T. As a result, I’m taking my business elsewhere, and I hope AT&T reconsiders policies like this that only serve to drive customers away.

Most appalling experience I have ever had with a customer service team. Order placed 30.09.24 advised 7 days delivery. Order accepted 01.10.2024 estimated delivery 09.10.24 Today 11.10.24 no contact from HP, check online and order still showing as processing. Call wait on hold for 20 minutes to speak to the rudest customer agent I have ever encountered in my life. Tells me a problem with mouse despite being 4 laptops. Asked why this was not communicated or why laptops weren’t sent in advance. Response “this is in our terms and conditions which you can check for yourself.”I don’t think your terms say we will not update you on your order status when it’s been processing well after should have been delivered. Couldn’t be provided a time frame on request. Advised if this is how you treat people please arrange to cancel order. The agent then said something about payments and when I asked question.He stated, i have already began your cancellation and then hung up the line on me. Appalled is an understatement!!!!Avoid at all costs direct purchase

Wow, I wish I could give less than one star as I don't think 1 is deserved. after five years of being a loyal customer, processing over $10mm annually with them, it's been two weeks I am still waiting for someone to respond to a request for a serious issue we are having. I contacted a bunch of executives, I could find one on linked in; out of 50 contacts, one responded; here is her response, - says DONT EVER CONTACT ME ON LINKED IN.. unbelievable. looking at other reviews looks like this is a pretty norm for them.

Fascistbook is a snowflake platform of censorship. Fact checkers are student with opinions not even credible checkers. Don't fall for him trying to rebrand himself He's 100 percent complicit in cencoring anything to do with Zionism and child abuse.

Terrible website. You simply can't work with it. I spent an hour creating an account and then the system dropped. When I tried to go back on, with the password I had created, the system kept saying it did not recognize my password. I was able to post four times, my published books, and include a link, so I guess it's good promotion for me and my writing but it's such an inferior form of social media. With other websites, there is a way to identify yourself, and then change the password but not with Blue Sky. They basically suck. Total waste of time. LOL...
