I have found your support system to be lacking. For the last 4 business days, I have attempted to reach customer service via email, contact us on your website with no response. I am extremely disappointed. I made a mistake and paid for an annual membership when I was wanting to go month to month. My finances are extremely right now and I need some help with a refund and swap to a monthly membership. 4 business days of attempted to reach out I have since reached out to my financial institution as my last option for getting this resolved. I have since moved to other services. Chess.com has left a bad taste in my mouth. Thank you for your time.

Excellent service! I thought nothing of it when it stated that shipping and delivery would take 2 days (because overseas shipping is quite haphazard, right?) Who knew in 2 days I get a call from Fed Ex to say that there better be someone home to collect my parcel! I was so pleased! The packaging was excellent, and well protected and I can't be happier with my purchase experience. Definitely worth it.

Venmo is the worst for small business owners. I accepted a couple of payments using my Venmo Business App. Venmo requested I.D. again even though I have given them my I.D. in the past. My business can be located online and is registered with the state. Unfortunately, the transactions for under $15 dollars for soap, salves and lavender were flagged and my account is suspended. I have called and am being told I have to verify my account again and that there are two accounts under my business name a personal and business with the same name. I never received a notice of this and can not locate the two when doing a Venmo search. The representative explained that I have to toggle between the two although I have opened the account and had customers scan the QR code. Now for under $75.00 dollars my account is on hold. Wow! Unbelievable stress for an app that is supposed to be convenient and a good option to service customers.

Then when you do continually just refreshes saying time out..that was through chrome mobile android. I also tried the in klarna browser but you can't even do a good job of logging in there never mind not timing out. Wish people wanted xboxs cause Sony are a stain

Do not use Insta cart for Kroger delivery not only to they not show up with your groceries they charge your card . My driver couldn’t find my house so they returned my groceries and again charged me anyways . Now I’m out money and no groceries . This is called stealing from the customer . Kroger’s and insta cart should be ashamed of they way they handle things and treat their customers . I will never do a delivery again !

I missed the deadline by 5 days and they charged me an entire year. Somewhere I did not uncheck the box for automatic renewal. They lost this customer and the business I make the tech decisions with for $197.00. Shame on you Dropbox, I hope it was worth it.

My assignment was plagiarised by a person on my course (which is supposed to be impossible as you only review others after submitting your own. This leads me to think this platform has scammers in it). After reporting the plagiarism - the scammer then had the audacity to score me as '0' - affecting my grade!Customer service is generic, vague, refused to action my request to not let this person access my material/assignments again. They really failed here. I'm very unlikely to pursue any other course, nor recommend the platform to my multinational company as I was due to.On the plus side - the terrible subtitles are hilarious. A firm favourite was a medical building described as being surrounded by cheese, instead of trees. Goes to show the quality.
