Fraudulently charged my card for an event that isn’t even in my state. I spent days on email exchanges with customer support and they were unprofessional and unhelpful. They took days to respond, directed me from one employee to the next, and ultimately did nothing about it. I am now filing a claim with my credit card. Please AVOID using eventbrite

They charge exorbitant fees without informing you or sending any communication about a payment that is scheduled to be charged. I have sent numerous emails, contacting them on their website and tried all avenues, even through PayPal, but they so not respond.

I never do reviews, but really, this service is so bad, that I take the time to write something for others to avoid having any relation with this company.I'm trying to get my account deactivated since 6.07.20, more than a month. I can't deactivate it because it says that I have an active product when I don't really have anything active. I wrote to technical support and received only one reply a week later, after that I didn't receive any more, even though I am still writing. All I want is to remove my account from their database, but it seems impossible. Without exaggerating, it's the worst customer service I've ever seen, impressive!

Buyer beware, you are only able to have 4 service calls total in one calendar year of service regardless of which plan you sign up for.So God forbid you have an underline issue with your vehicle that is not detected on prior requests and you need something as simple as a jumpstart, you will have to pay out of pocket for the service call and contact the service company yourself.It is best to just include road side assistance with your vehicle insurance which is much cheaper than through AAA and you also won’t have to wait for hours for service with your own insurance company because they have a much broader network of service providers available to assist you.Will no longer subscribe and will make everyone aware that I come in contact with who may have also been misled.

This is a scam. It requires you to pay for a year before you can start to use it. It's an archaic platform with limited options. I realized very soon it wasn't going to work for me. I never sent out a survey. Now I can't get refunded. I'm out $495. Stay away! Other free platforms are better and easier.

Support is very useful. The automations and campaigns work great. Very easy for using and analize. Beautiful design for mails. New editor is complicated. I can't control the image logo size, so if my logo is long or with many elementс it appear smallest view and I need to use image block - so all Navigation blocks are useless for many logoes. The second - when using the module with headind cant size the font in editing panel from right - all option of any block have to be AND in the editing panel in right side ot page - ALL text content, button text, links.... OR all editing option to be LIVE in blocks. New editor has grupped blocks sections - I lose so many time to find where is the block I need - I prefer not grupped.The new funcion SAVE block template is a very goog option.
