Do not use them at all! Made the experience of something so simple unnecessarily complex and then on top of everything had the gall to attempt to charge me for returning items they initially lost and after weeks of back and forth of trying to get a refund. Their stuff might be better than some online retailers but its definitely not good enough for the fuss they cause

I got my account banned of "bypassing block" (even though I'm not the owner of the second account they claim to be mine) which is normally something that you normally just receive a warning about. But the reason why they banned me was because I apparently 'insulted' a paying customer who has connections to one of DA's admins.
So be careful of who you reply to on DA, they might just have friends in high places that will ban you if they don't like you. Such terrible service and unjust treatment! But hey, that's what American is all about, so what did I really expect from such a terrible site...

Online and telephone support very good.I bought a laptop to try to get everything online, but my cloud would not sync ( or at least, some part was still in Skydrive). Put in an enquiry, email reply next day, did not work, promised call, called on time but I did not recognise US number, called back , Tanmoy B was kind and patient, sorted problem despite the reluctance of my old desktop to accept him remoting on, and gave me a few other tips as well.So surprising these days when customer service actually serves the customer well, but occasionally it does. I've used Microsoft support before, and it does they do actually answer and sort out the problem.

Most of time trying to accomplish anything online with Micr$oft is a problem, not the least of which is software updates. The updates generally take 2 hours to a full day on a 100 mps internet connection whereas they only take 10 seconds to 10 minutes on my Linux Mint PC. Most recently I had to navigate multiple screens just to get to the entry screen for a recent sweepstakes entry only to end up with this message "Something went wrong. It's not you, it's us. Your entry cannot be entered into the sweepstakes. Please try again later. Get up to 240 chances to win. Earn more entries." How is that a 3 trillion dollar can't keep their servers running well and fast? Little by little I am fading away from Micro$oft Windoze and toward Linux Mint as I discover more and more Linux applications to replace the functionality of MS applications. Linux Mint is free, MS is not.

Literally false reviews. All employers do is ask their staff to post all 5 star reviews for an incentive. So have fun at that "5 star company" that is honestly terrible. I learned the hard way. I trusted them, was hired, and asked to post a 5 star review upon hire. The company was horrible.

I feel completely deceived by this company, and the way I was treated by their customer service is utterly disappointing. I encountered a minor issue that could have been resolved easily, but instead of showing understanding and offering assistance, I was brushed off with generic responses. It seems customer satisfaction is not a priority here, even for loyal, returning customers.The communication was unclear, and there was a complete lack of willingness to think along or provide a fair solution. I expected an honest and professional approach, but that was nowhere to be found. It feels like they are more focused on squeezing extra money out of customers than building lasting relationships.I would absolutely not recommend this company if you value good service and fair treatment. It’s a shame I was treated this way, and I will certainly not be doing business with them again in the future.

I was on duolingo for some 400 days straight. Then i came back and was captured by the levels. I would work day and night to be on the diamond level and be in the top ten. I neglected my family, my dog. I was trying to keep up with impossible people who did 2000 plus points a week. It was exhausting i didn’t learn anything. Just wanted to stay on top of the leaderboard. I cant remember anything i learned i dont know any French at all

I last week ordered 48 jars of Beechnut babyfood meat for my senior dog. I had previously ordered 30 jars and was pleased as the order arrived quickly and was well-packaged for shipping. NOT THIS TIME!!!! I really couldn't believe what I received! 48 baby food small jars thrown into box with no packing materials. You can imagine what I received!! It honestly looked like someone had vomited on a box full of broken glass and product labels! I spent two hours cleaning up the horrible mess and got madder with each little jar I cleaned!! WHO in their right mind would send via FED EX such a ridiculous mess? Amazingly, only 6 jars broke, but it was a hideous mess. Four more jars had broken seals, thereby unusable. And ONE JAR escaped all spilled product and the seal remained tight.
