Review of eBay

eBay will refund a buyer even on spurious + false claim, at the cost to the seller …

I sold an item to a buyer with a clear description (which she clearly didn’t read), and I was forced to accept and pay for her return of the item and refund her, (despite stating in my listing that I don’t take returns, as a private seller), because she claimed it wasn’t as described - it WAS exactly as I had described it, but she used that loophole to change her mind. I had to either refund her and allow her to keep the item, 🥺😤, or accept the hit of paying postage twice over, with a four day window to do so, when she has three weeks in which to return the item to me before I can relist it.Thank you, eBay, NOT!!I SHALL BE MOVING MY ITEMS TO A DIFFERENT PLATFORM. 😡😡😡

Review of Facebook

FACEBOOK IS THE WORST

Facebook locked my account for unfriending and I have no access to marketplace for a very long time. Everything I do they keep restricting me which is terrible. There is no way to contact support to get help. I am very disappointed and will never recommend Facebook to anyone!

Went to Curry's Craigavon

Went to Curry's Newtownabbey to purchase a Samsung combination oven microwave we were talking with a sale person who told us Newtownabbey was out of stock for this item but informed us according to the computer that the nearest store who had 2 Samsung microwave ovens in stock was in Craigavon. We ordered on line to collect and travelled 30 miles to collect our online purchase . Arrival at store in Craigavon only to be told they didn't have any in stock. Spoke to store manager who was as useful as an untrained customer services team member who then offered us another microwave product from a different manufacturer at a cheaper price advertising the product in store £129 pounds which was £30 pounds cheaper than the Samsung product. We agreed to purchase the Kenwood microwave only to be told that the price ticket advertising the microwave on display was the wrong price. Giving our 30 mile trip to Curry's Craigavon there was no apology for the mistake on their website stock error for the Samsung product nor did they offer a discount on the miss labeled Kenwood product which was advertised in store at £129 actual price was £249. Totally deceiving customers in store which I'm sure is illegal and unprofessional. Absolutely disgraceful service from Curry's and the store manager should rethink his professional career with the Curry's organisation what a waste of time and will never set foot in a Curry's store ever again.. stick to making chicken Korma as they don't sell electrical appliances very well.. Absolutely disgusting service...
