After 30 years in the useful, always sheltering company of LP, getting in touch with the LP England 2023 was shockingly disappointing and useless. Almost no infos about the locations and how to reach them, respectively with a totally insufficient selection of (posh) accommodation and food choices. Why should I have a book like this one f it does not help me plan my trip? And if I need the internet by my side all the time to complement the missing LP infos? The LP website as such does not work well. To sum up, I am feeling deceived and abandoned by LP. Unfortunately and most likely, this has been my last LP purchase - unless the traditional quality is regained.

I ordered a gift card on December 9th and the order info indicated it would get there between 12/14 and 12/17. It was just shipped and will now arrive after Christmas. How hard is it to ship a gift card? I tried to leave a review on their site given the horrible shipping but it was rejected though the item was finally shipped after the review with an arrival date after Christmas. Gotta love your transparency!

If I could leave no stars I would! I order and spend a whole lot of money with these idiots and today that I have a problem as their customer they are calling me a liar. I placed an order on their website like I always do received my package and some items did not work out for you so their customer service agent emailed me a return shipping label I placed it on the zara box and dropped it off at my local post office in the pre paid label section that they have. Mind you this has never ever happened to me. Now after 1 week and a half zara still has not received my package and they do not want to help me. The post office looked everywhere for it last night for 1 hour and they said its shipped! Zara called me a liar said we cant help you we need to see proof that you indeed mailed it back. I will never ever purchase from you again and their customer service agent over the phone and on chat are idiots and dont help at all. I even showed them the return label that they had emailed me.

Tom and Christie,I have the same problem andI actually have a case number and several extension numbers to call, all to no avail.They say they don't recognize my information I cannot get online any way I try.I am currently looking for any government agency to file a complaint this has been going almost a 45 days .I personally do not trust Wells Fargo And I also am hesitant to send another Mortgage payment god only knows where it is going.

I bought spiderman shoes, paid $107.00. I needed size 2 for a 10 year old boy. I got size 2 for a newborn. I tried getting a refund but ebay has closed my case and informed me that I won't be getting a refund. They said because I exceeded the number of refunds on my part. This is the first time I have tried to refund anything to ebay. This purchase has turned out to be a nightmare. I tried contacting ebay and that's been impossible. I don't know what else to do. I contacted my credit card and I pray they can get my money back.

By far the worst customer experience you would get. I dont know how far they think they will get by not enabling customers to use their service. Even when there are issues with their platform "the usually white blank page" they drag their feet to provide assistance. Bleak future for Cloudflare if they dont prioritize their customers smh
