Your bpme app and reward scheme is a farce.App is unresponsive and keeps locking you out.I can't even get my rewards voucher.This is the only company which does not allow you to take a screenshot of your rewards for " security reasons" ( laughable).i get vouchers from research organizations & they've never objected to this.Wouldn't advise anyone to register for this scheme as it's a farce.Nectar card much better and more user friendly.Will stop using B.P garages for filling up.

If I could give BP ZERO STARS I WOULD !The app is atrocious and the mobile signal inside their garages that have recently used are terrible, today I filled up in the Downton Road Salisbury where the app refused to lead …. the cashier said that the signal inside here is terrible, I would have thought that a multi £billion company would get their act together and sort out any short comings.The reward system is pointless quite literally, as you can’t redeem until you reach a minimum of £5 then it’s only to be used by companies that they dictate and not to buy fuel with. A cleverer wheeze.I has £2 on my account but thought at the prices that they charge at the forecourt and in the shop I would rather shop elsewhere with my hard earned money!Have Deleted the app and my account. So no more minimal inducements to “tempt me” …..It’s a sprat to catch a mackerel

I cant speak highly enough of Johnathan. I disconnected the company from the company selection screen and the company disappeared. after about 1hr with Denise accessing our server and my computer remotely I was advised that we had no option but to restore our last backup as the data was lost. i explained that we had no backup for a week and the loss of data was immense - she reassured me she checked with someone a level above her and this was our only option. I phoned back for a second opinion and got speaking with Johnathon who had our company set back up in 5 - 10 mins with no loss of data. he also located the backups that were scheduled to happen every day - which Denise told us where not anywhere to be found. Thank you Johnathan - I will be hopeful be asking for your help in the future. you saved our company days of time and hassle. i suggest Denise should be properly trained before being presented as an option on the technical help line

Rover made it easy to find someone in my area that was available to cat sit when my other sitter retired. I can also book backups if my usual sitter is not available. Also like the secure booking and payment through Rover app.
