Review of asos
They continue to get consistently worse. Cannot get a parcel delivered on time to save themselves, and when a parcel is lost or not delivered properly you have to go via ASOS customer service which is incredibly hit and miss. You get completely different advice depending who you randomly speak to. The whole premise of online shopping being easy and convenient is single-handedly disproved by ASOS and the widespread and repeated issues that come along with their orders. Honestly avoid them, it’s not worth the hassle.

Review of linktr
Hi! I did a "hostile takeover" of a publicly traded junior mining company in Canada in August 2021 and one of the many problems left by the old management was the website. After a few months I closed the account with the agency (who later sued us for a few thousand dollars in bills with no services, which we settled) and opened a linktree page. Some of my investors have been confused or said a linktree isn't a webpage, but it sure works well for me! I've run company websites with WordPress before and promised to myself never again. The linktree page I started is simple and effective. I have so many different links to include and things change so often that I don't want to use a normal website as my primary page. The way linktree is so simple to change on the back end and clean on the front end is exactly what I wanted. There has been one buggy experience where I changed the profile picture but it wouldn't update when I shared the link. The Linktree team helped me figure out how to fix it but they wanted me to use a Facebook debugger and I don't have a Facebook account, but then they fixed it for me. At first the bug remained but now it seems to be completely fixed as I've changed the profile picture again and it promptly updates when I share the link on twitter, for example. All in all, the linktree site does exactly what I wanted for my public company on the front end and back end, and the support had been effective. I've seen other corporate entities using linktree and I've been making noise about how great it is to anyone who will listen. Thanks!

Review of fiverr
Fiverr has the Worst Review team, and Customer support. Very bad Experience, I am Graphic designer, and i joined Fiverr recently, My all clients are very happy with my work, and I have all 5 star reviews, One day, I noticed my gig image has been copied, So i report about it and reach out to Fiverr support team, I told them that someone copied my gig image, I provide all the necessary information and proof to check onto the matter, and told them to take action against it, but guess what, Fiverr disabled my account.! I have provide all proof, and relevant information, but they didn’t check the matter carefully, Someone copied my gig details, And when i report about it, I got my account disabled, I don’t know how its fair! It's seems like fiverr doesn’t value their new sellers. I have got the worst experience.

Review of freshbooks
I hate the new Version that we were required to switch too especially since it was not ready and had a lot of kinks that still needed to be worked out. The new invoices make no sense and I have had a lot of my clients complain. Especially since it still shows "OVERDUE OF THE FULL AMOUNT" Even if the majority has been paid. For example the invoice is for $164.00 but the client paid $129.00 it shows at glance OVERDUE $164.00 The client and myself have to go into the invoice and open it to see what has been paid, you cant even hover over it to see the amount owed. The old freshbooks was amazing, all the changes forced have made me a very disatissfied customer and I no longer recommend them to my wholesalers or other people I work with. The only reason I gave TWO stars is because of Zeke. He has amazing customer service and has diligently worked to help me fix all the issues. He is always in Contact and even follows up on his own to make sure things are in order, which is a big help for people like myself that are running a small business and are too busy to deal with all the problems the new freshbooks has.

Extremely professional, petitions that are needed to support what is needed to heard and is not listened to, there is a difference between " I hear you & I'm listening" These petition's make it loud and clear when communities stand as one and speak to be heard on subjects that matter and I support fully.
Review of capitalone
Please use extreme caution. Capital One 360 Banking is more than likely going out of business and closing out accounts for unrelated issues. They are flagging accounts, suspicious, such as a legitimate transfer using verified Zelle services. I received a transaction from a friend during hardship, unexpected circumstance, with my pregnant dog. She had puppies had some complications that is when I sought out financial assistance from a long term reputable friend who is using a reputable bank just like myself. Immediately thereafter Capital One flagged the account even when in the description stating what the funds were intended for, so there’s no surprise as to what the funds were for. Capital One stated that there is nothing wrong with my account nor the transaction other than that they needed 2 business days to allow it to clear. Sunday came along, a non-business day, the transaction shown cleared and reflected within my account. But did not reflect the total as usable funds. The following day, Monday, I reached out to my bank wondering what is the problem, they declared that I am in violation of their terms and condition under the following description “suspicion activities” and had permanently closed my account without the ability to remove my funds into another account and then even stole the money of that Zelle transfer. This is when I reached out to a professional accountant who is seeing this happen quite often with Capital One checking and saving accounts, which they determined that this bank is bellying up and retracting funds from anyone and everyone without cause. I was then advised to notify all friends and family if they have any accounts with Capital One that they shall immediately take their funds out immediately or risk losing those funds. After careful analysis, researched came back that Capital One has the highest in the nation of debt unpaid by its card holders and is seeking out Government assistance for help and by the looks of it, they were rejected. FDIC is on the verge of revoking their securities and therefore if they do take your funds, you are no longer secured. I guess this a blessing in disguise they had done such now rather than later. We had to file a report with the Office of Comptroller of Currency and the California Financial Protections to have this investigated. I would hate to have this happen to millions of their customers.

Telstra is the worst company. In store customer serv8ce is rubbish, no one actually cares, all they say is they can send a complaint in. Not actually help to fix the issue. No education, advice or empathy from staff. And you wonder why people get angry at you? Perhaps if you did your job there wouldn't be those issues.
