My wife ordered and then returned a hair dryer on Ulta.com. They lost the item upon receiving it. After months of fighting for our credit, proving multiple times that they had signed for the dryer, they finally gave us our money back, but banned my wife from ordering online. After more than a decade of purchases this company made the decision to punish us for their own failure.We closed our account and moved on.
